Long story short . The national labs will never be manufacturing hubs . As for paralysis by analysis, ill assume your ecologically aware and opposed to " gov train rides " or " petting rabits as you gaze off into the distance " . Near as I can figure A. They know of some inevitable extinction level event on X date and are just treading water until then . B. We are ruled by a suicidal cult of mass murderers who are absolutely breeding us like cattle for profit and already have the 3 next major wars planned. Either way , I started smoking weed .

Why are we researching this to death??? Proof of concept has already been proven.
