How to turn on in fb lite
I have one friend if I send message to her just one check appear but she still online when she open my message that time 2 check and appear the picture
Same is with me
She delete messemger and only use Facebook lite

What does it mean if I send a message to a friend but the blue tick never appears.

They probably turned off their read messages receipts altogether. That way no one can see when their sent messages are read by that person.

blue tick hai so eska mtlb yhi hai k wo messenger p active hai. Messages delivered Huwy hai.
1) Messenger Mai restrict option milta hai. Os ne apko restrict Kiya hai. Means k unhy messages jarahy hai aur wo even dek bhi rahy ho yani apky inbox open bhi krty hongy tho apko ye nhi dekega k messages os ne seen Kiye hai. Ye "restrict" option mai hota hai.
2) Agar restrict na Kiya ho. To bhi messages jarahy hai. Active hai Lekin wo ignore krty hai apke messages ko aur open nhi krrhy apky inbox ko.
Bus yhi 2 cases hai.
Lekin all cases mai ye bat confirmed hai keh messages jarahy hai aur wo received krhy hai.

Majority cases mai aisa es liye hota hai keh aik bnda dosry bndy ko tarpa k apny value ko dekna chahta hai. Dekna Chahta hai k Kitna tarapta hai mere liye aur es mai shayad kuch maza ata hai enko. Or ya unky pas dosra theesra option available hota hai aur wo apko aik option ki tarah hi treat krta hai so pir estarah experiments kiye jaty hai.
Os ka apky messages ignore krna aik decision hi tha jisko ab mistake ka name diya giya.
