Not sure why so many people get “loosing” and “losing” mixed up. Loosing is rarely used and means “the act of making less tight.” Losing is the the opposite of winning, giving up possession (e.g. per video, “Totally losing it now”), or misplacing (e.g. l keep losing my keys).

Racquet/ball abuse must be fined. There is no need for any warning. In this case if there is damage to court surface, it must also be charged to her
There is a penalty, I believe it's up to the umpire to warn or take games etc. After the match they usually get fined.
