Not sure about you but does the cost down talent affect the ability to use a cat unit in a stage? Like if I got pizza cat's cost down completely, then I'll never be able to use it again in **blank** because of the restriction
it seems that ponos is aware about that and stop using "$1200 or higher" restriction after a while. so once you're done with stages using that restriction (daboo wrath or CotC), you can just buy cost down talent all way down.

he has dodge ability and sometimes blocks your attack. it happens rarely, but can be major annoyance when you are on hurry time
