His first teaching was to backup ur site first b4 installing or running any cache plugin that way you can avoid this from happening cuz some cache plugin break the page css or whatsoever

You should not use 2 cache plugin at the same time. If you are getting good results with WP Rocket then keep that one.

Try resetting the settings and turn on every setting one by one.
