Your videos have been on repeat in our house for the past month! We leave May 3rd for our sons first trip he is 1! Never too young or old for Disney. He loves watching and runs over to the tv when he hears the intro music. Thanks for getting us super excited for our trip!
I am going in May too, with my Mom and a couple of relatives. The 2 relatives coming with us have never ever been to WDW. So when we get into the Magic Kingdom. I am going straight to City Hall so they can get their first time pins.

Going back watching some of your vlogs...OK, all of them, haha...and oh my gosh my daughter and I nearly flipped out because we sat at the exact same table you had at this show!!!! AND the even better part was that we had the exact same Six Bit at our show!! He's been there awhile because we just went a couple months ago! He is just the best!!! So glad we saw this; it completely made our night!! 😃
My family is taking my girlfriend and my sisters boyfriend to Disney with us this year in June and it's their first trip there and we absolutely love your videos, I just finished watching all of them!! Can't wait for next weeks episode, I look forward to them every week!
I love your videos! I thinks it's great that you guys show how much fun couples can have at the parks and how it's not just for people with kids. My hubby and I have been to WDW twice now and always have a blast! By the way, with that backpack, Joe should totally Disneybound as Crush. :D Just a thought lol. Thanks for another great video. Love those Mickey ears Ashley! 15 days until we leave and have Hoop Dee Do scheduled during our trip - our first time!! My parents are joining us so glad we got to see a bit of Hoop Dee Do before we go. Timing was perfect.
This particular cast for Hoop-Dee-Doo was incredible. The last time we saw it was in 2007. They were all great as well. THe man who played Six Pence was an older man but was hilarious. I've seen current versions (on other youtube vlogs) with different cast members and it didn't quite compare to these guys. We are going in November and I hope they have a great cast. Love the show!

I really loved this video! I've been to Orlando at least 6 times, but I've only gone to Disney twice. I'm in the process of planning a trip to Disney and Universal, and you two help me so much! It's super rare when we get to do anything extra in the area, but your videos have inspired me to save more so my family can do some extras at the parks- and finally see some shows! Great Video!! I love Hoop Dee Doo Revue but .... I really miss the old Hoop Dee Doo song. My son loved the 3 Stooges as a child and he absolutely loved the corny jokes and routines in this show. He would laugh so hard he would cry!! Those were the days. :)

Love seeing you guys Disney nerd out! I haven't done Hoop Dee Doo since I was a kid, but I remember enjoying it. It's definitely on our to do list along with the luau at the Poly. By the way, I love the ears Ashley! I just got my first pair of Bibbiddi Bobbiddi Brooke ears and am super excited to wear them when we go down to Disney next month!
Another great show. I've got another travel tip to thank you guys for: not being afraid to pay for a preferred room at a value resort. For the cost of a quick service meal per day, I saved myself the trouble of schlepping luggage all the way to the top floor of farthest reaches of the resort. Not to mention being closer to the parking lot AND main building. Thanks again!

It's a blast! It is one of our favorite memories from going to Disney as kids.
So funny!! We went to Hoop De Doo last October and had a blast! Our Six-Bit was different, but just as funny. He did the Frozen bit as well and it really brought the house down. Planning to go again next time. Love your vlogs guys!

HI, im a big fan of yours. Been watching your videos for over a year.. You just are always to happy and its such a positive experience watching you. Congrats on the Masters degrees too. I just had to comment on Joes loving the cornbread and skin loving meal... Hahahha I just had to laugh.. He must be a southerner at heart.. Im from Alabama and never have I seen anybody love that chicken skin as much as Joe! Hahaha.. Everyone gets 3 FastPasses. Magic bands are just a convenient/fancy way to use them. They don't have any added perks.

It is about $100 depending on the park. The more days you buy, the cheaper each additional day is.
How many times a year do u g a year? And what month would u recommend we usually go October cause it's less crowded and less hot too but what month it's your all's favorite?
Do either of you remember Hoop when it had the original opening song and the dessert was apple pie? Also, you can nicely ask your server for mac and cheese and they will "fetch" some from next door at Trails End. Joe, I don't blame you for eating all the skin. I DREAM about that fried chicken!
How often do they change the acts in the "Hoop Dee Doo Revue"? Do you notice any differences every time you watch it?
Also: that's so awesome that they play "I Don't Wanna Show Off" from "The Drowsy Chaperone"! Did she later do an encore singing "I don't want to encore no more," like in the musical? :-)
Do you guys normally go the same week in September/October each year? I'd love to go the same time as you guys (next year). I love when you said "Disney nerding out" haha! We actually will be staying at the Fort Wilderness Campgrounds (the cabins). We love it there and love the Hoop Dee Doo Revue too!
We try to go at some point in the Fall. The last few years have been scheduled around when our annual passes expire. We aren't sure about the upcoming years though. Fort Wilderness is awesome. Have fun!

I am going in May with my Mom and a couple of relatives. We will be staying in 2 cabins in Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campgrounds. Since the place is so huge and we don't feel like waiting for the buses we rent golf carts there. The Fort Wilderness is kind of in a forest and it makes you feel like you are the only ones around even though you can see other cabins and people walking around. You can also see wildlife there. Last Sept. We saw some deer and turkeys and armadillos.
Scott Houston Thanks Scott. I've actually been many many times. We rent golf carts too, so much easier (and more fun) :-) Have fun in May, I'm super jealous!! I won't be going until next year. I'm currently pregnant so we'll wait until this baby is 1 and my other baby will be 2 and my oldest will be 8....should be....fun (and interesting)!!

I was there in Sept last year. But never did run into Joey and Ashley. There is one very small problem with the golf carts. No windshield wipers. I had to lean out to see where I was going when it was raining. (LOL)
looking forward to be doing some Disney Nerding Out 12 days to go :) We have never been to Disney in April looking forward to the Flower & Garden in Epcot :)
I am so amused with Joe eating the skin off the chicken....that is all I would eat as a child. Now I do not touch chicken. I would be like you two and like the cornbread and salad the best!

I was at the hoop Dee Doo dinner review about 5 years ago I've seen it before that I still like it the biggest mistake I made is I had a table for two but it was only me and they brought food out for school so of course you over eat but the food was excellent well worth it I did not see half the next day I do like your guyses Vizio I wish I could afford travel that much down there and have a good time too maybe someday

Get reservations on the Disney world website, or call Disney dinning and see if tickets are available. Hope this helps!

I live in Florida myself. But it takes about 8 hours to get to WDW from where I live in Florida. I am going to WDW in May with my Mom and a couple of relatives. Going to be staying in 2 cabins in Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campgrounds.
That is amazing where I'm moving I'll only be 1 hour from WDW

We just went to the hoop dee doo on a quick get away in February, my hubby and I. It was amazing!!! :-) We also went as a family in November to the Hoop dee doo and posted a video (needs improvement) but you can see it from above :-)

You two have to train for the marathon or half marathon and run that and record your adventure.
So is the seating decided by how early you get there??
It is decide by when you book it. So those who book 180 days in advance will be closer than those who book 60 days in advance.

+Caitlyn Vohs It's a standard salad mix like you would buy at the store. It seems like iceberg lettuce, maybe a few leaves of a romaine, radish, tomatoes, and an Italian dressing.

Yes back in 2010. We have thought of going back but it is too expensive and not in our budget. Disney is more affordable for us because we already have annual passes. Extra days at Disney cost $0 whereas going to Universal for a day would be over $300.
Personally, this dinner show show should be moved to Frontier land in the Magic Kingdom

Can you guys do a Q and A video?
We plan on doing more Q&A videos soon. We have been really busy the past 2 years balancing work and grad school but we are almost done with school so hopefully after that we can do more "home" videos. We like doing them, but just haven't had the time.
