This is How to Allow Access to Photos on iPhone. This applies to any App that needs Photos Access or access to the camera roll usually to upload pictures or videos. This tutorial applies mainly to the iPhone or other iOS device from Apple.
This will also remove the splash screen when trying to upload pictures or videos in a App to: Please allow Access to your Photos and more.

Dude when I go to settings/ I go to the application, like twitter and I click it but it doesn’t show the option for access for photos. When I open Twitter I click camera but says go to privacy and click enable photos but there isn’t even that option.

just hold the right upper button and you will see the “restart” button, swipe to the right.
And when it’s dark hold it again and it will open your phone and it’s done!

guys if the option doesn't show, either restart your phone or do this
settings --> screen time --> content and app restrictions--> photos --> allow --> reset phone
