Imo your under, the tiu mm can get a low tier iuh if you’re lucky and the Skelly gets a low most of the time or a very low tier Andy. I also keep seeing iuhs get around 15+ mms.

So iuhs go down in value since their easier to catch. So I’d the offer is a win for her. Especially since she’s been offer a tb iuh already.
