I listen to all his tslks every Sunday for the past 5 yrs. I've watched all his videos. He's been very, very very helpful in my life. It's helped me find my path more clearly. Michael Mirdad is the best spiritual teacher. I've given him my full attention these current times.
Michael- I have been a follower for so long- 20 years later, I am so further away from my path - Tonight, I was searching on RUclips for Self-Sabotage and decided that AI kept leading me astray. Then I decided to see what Michael Mirdad was posting. This is not a coincidence. Thank you.
Im at a loss for words, this message resonated with me on so many levels and confirmed so much of what the Holy Spirit has been teaching me. Thank you Micheal ❤❤❤❤
Hi from London UK, I always love listening to your service, thank you 🫶 love your wisdom and humour coupled with common sense! So sad adverts have become necessary as I love tuning in at bedtime or when I awake too early, now I get jolted attending to ‘skip’🥹 God bless 🙏and goodnight 😴
Fabulous as always, ‘everything resonated’. I was listening to this while decorating a pine 🌲 for Christmas outside and definitely gave it to the divine several times lol 😂 😊. Also I’ve Been Playing with Manifesting $20,000,000 lottery ticket so great synchronicity 😅😊
A weird thing happens to me when I begin to relax too deeply: Either an intrusive thought barges in, or I simply become "conscious of being conscious" so that my relaxation ends in toxic self-awareness. ("Fight-or-flight" response from the body / nervous system) It is very frustrating, and I feel guilty about it -- as if I were consciously interfering with a desirable process. I don't know what (or how) to think about it.
Hi, I know I'm not Michael, but I'd like to try offering my thoughts, because I can relate: What you're describing happens to most people at some point when they meditate. My first suggestion is to tone down your reaction to it. It's not toxic to become conscious of being conscious, and it doesn't need to involve fight or flight, or guilt. It's normal, it's not "you" doing anything wrong, it's our human body's tendency. Our brains are wired to think through everything they can, and sort, and fix, and categorize, and label; so there's nothing wrong with you for having intrusive thoughts. We have to accept that our brains will keep trying to think, and that's not bad or faulty. We just don't want them to control everything, so... Secondly, you can avoid them or interrupt them by trying different methods you can find if you read about meditation. You can try repeating something that makes you feel how you want to feel ("I am at peace..." or whatever). If you have a visual mind you can imagine your thoughts being put on a cloud, and the cloud floats out the window. A fellow tai chi student used to say he imagined putting his thoughts in a bag and hanging it outside his door, like "you're not allowed in here now, I'll get to you later". My teacher would have us say "this is MY time", not time to spend thinking about family, or bills, or work, etc. They will all be there after this # of minutes is up, haha, don't worry. Or you can stop and write them briefly so your brain is happy that you acknowledged it and can let it go for now. Also, when I was having very bad anxiety-producing thoughts at a certain time of my life, I would cut them short when I caught them by suddenly singing a silly song about whatever I was doing: "I'm laying in bed, doot-dooty doo... relaxing my feet, isn't that neat, nothing is wrong, just me and my body, relaxing my legs, what a soft bed, I'm so lucky to have a bed, doody doot -doo, I'm so lucky to be under a roof, I'm so thankful I have a roof..." and I usually end up blabbering thankful thoughts, even just for breathing and having food today, or whatever I could think of. This knocks me off the negative track and into a positive one. Just some ideas; hope a speck is helpful to someone!
It depends on the context. We all need to develop a greater amount of willpower or a disciplined mind, and yet, we also have to keep a mind that is humble and open to doing the Will of God. ~MM
Michael Mirdad thank you for the love of god and the christ Consciousness that we can all have and achieve. In this crazy world that is healing from the trauma that we put on others from the ego

Michael mirdad what is your take on mental toughness?
It depends on the context. We all need to develop a greater amount of willpower or a disciplined mind, and yet, we also have to keep a mind that is humble and open to doing the Will of God. ~MM
@MichaelMirdadTeacher to be more specific doing something that is uncomfortable (sucks)
