A bad day is not a bad life ... Seriously tho! When I'm down I literally will turn some funky music on and force myself to smile yes it sounds stupid but enjoying your life is simply your choice. That's all its just a choice. I also start to count my blessing and even though they are really small maybe compared to others, they are still a blessing like my healthy son and my job and my healthy mom who helps me alot with my son! My car that works (: The sun shinning I mean literally anything and its really hard work bc u have to train your mind to think these positive things instead of the bad thoughts.
