I don't really want to vote for Eclipse because she already has 3 outfits. I don't think there is any deliberate "banding together" just voting for what people want. I vote for several but mostly Zenith or Diana.
Yeah all the top ranked characters had new/rerun costumes recently so people want more I guess. But none of them I could see another skill fit, except for Luvencia but we're getting wild dog soon so we'll see.
Swimsuit is kinda boring imo. We got a lot of them already and yeah it's hawt but there's not luch room for creativity. Would love to see onsen or asian trad dress though ! Sports, fairy tale, spy etc all those would leave place for cool arts :)

it's more 'recency bias' then anything. All these top characters just got new scenes, costumes, l2ds, asmr, etc.
