Just a heads up Caseology and Spigen Screen protectors currently are defective. Shortly after I wrote a review on how the black borders of their screen protector protrude into the sides of the screen real estate, they stopped selling the product on Amazon. Caseology is a subsidiary of Spigen... They both use the same screen protector with a sku that is only different by one number (probably to differentiate the fact that one comes in a Spigen box and the other a Caseology box). My Caseology screen protector even had a Spigen label on the peel off bit.
In regards to the Spigen Tough Armor case, between the green and black colors, I think the green unit I bought has a slippery back cover -- very smooth feeling, like a slick metal. The black one feels a bit more soft touch to me, a bit more gummy. Feels more like the other tough armor cases I've held. Maybe I'm nuts. But I'm returning the green one and keeping the black one for that reason.
Very nice cases. I have the Poetic Revolution on my Pixel 6a Consumer Cellular had the Google Pixel 6a on sale for a short time and I picked it up for $249 in charcoal. The only color they sell
Just upgraded from the 4a to the 6a and got the nano pop to protect it. Only complaint is it needs more grip, I find myself having to hold tighter so the phone doesn't slide down my hand. Probably because of the added width and weight of the 6a.
I pre order my 6a with the case they suggest on the Google store - CaseMate, the clear one. And I very disappointed - the camera completely exposed. I don't noticed this then I was buying it. Thank you for the video - gonna order Spigen Liquid Air right now! Love the look!
I love that colour but I got the charcoal so I don't get it dirty I'm waiting on my cases coming but eBay can take forever love this 📱 tensor chip make's all the difference.
Any testing in rural areas between phones? I read that the 6a won't have as good of coverage which is probably the most important thing when time comes and you need it.
Not really. The Athlex is only grippy on the lower half of the sides. The back is maybe slightly more grippy than a smooth plastic case but not by much.

This is a known defect on 5a's. I've returned 3! They extended the warrantee and extra year. If you have had it less then 2 years contact Google and tell them to replace it and you know about the extended warrantee.

Those transparent ultra clear cases turn yellow after a month or so....no point in getting those.

Same problem with pretty much every case but the transparent ones. Did you find a non transparent case with good grip?
I Like Nillkin frosted cases more. Not a fan of drop protection, makes the phone chunky.
