You can really tell they are close. I've seen BTS interacting with other groups but with GOT7 AND BTS its LIKE ALL of them are close to each other, unlike other groups where they are only close to certain members. GOT7 and BTS are the best!

@Yuggy Bammie they are still friends either way, and there's probably never a group who's legit bff with the other group (like i''m 100% sure that GROUP A isnt bff with each members GROUP B, cause there are times where even their own members aren't their bff, they tend to have their own life especially their own friends before even being an idol)
I was just saying how friendly they are, they've befriend so many groups/idols and most of them were on their first meeting (Got7 ask for NCT member ph number on first meet; JAckson held EXID hands first meet) plus Got7 has so many idols who always cheer for them (Winner, Monsta X, BTOB, etc...)
Plus no one said only Got7 is friendly, other idols can make their own friendship. You KNow??

In what you said, yeah Monsta X seems to be more close to Seventeen... It was because monsta x and svt always cb in the same time...that's why you got to see their interaction more than monsta7 but as you can see, they're still close with got7☺
I’m so happy they still look really close and are friends rather than rivals, the music industry is though but I’m glad they are able to still love each other like that ☺️☺️
I doubt there is any real rivalry between groups especially not over popularity or music .They all respect each other bcs they know how hard each of them had to work to be where they are .Now personal conflicts maybe but rivalries between groups are all made up by stupid fandoms .

MY GOTBANGTAN HEART IS SHAKING-
I always feel like unlike other members Joonie doesn't have a lot of friends in the idol industry. He's always so formal and chooses to stick to his Bros and managers like the introvert he is.
The only friend he had and probably still has, is Jackson and that too was because of Jackson's efforts. He was that one extroverted, clingy and loud best friend that we all have. He would annoy Joonah, tease him and then hype him up at every opportunity.
But now, even he has become reserved and doesn't attend a lot of events due to busy schedules and also Jackson's health has not been well lately.
Whatever be the reason, I'm starving for their cute interactions and I hope they still keep up with each other. I really hope so.
Edit: revisited this comment after a year and I'm laughing reading all the replies. The Namjoon antis here are the saddest people ever. Andyway, Namjoon and Jackson best buddies. Go cry about it. Mwahh!!!

First V and Mark is the only not talkative member in their own group.just like what bambam said before mark should tag along with V bcuz the two are very quiet. Only talk when someone talk to them.Second During their collab in 2015 V and mark really get along together. aw it’s always so nice to see all of bts and all of got7 always greet eachother! the majority of both groups are pretty close... obvs you have the rlly close members (jungkook x yugyeom/bambam, tae x mark, namjoon x jackson altho they’ve been kinda quiet recently... and on to the close-close list i think it’s safe to add yoongi x jaebum too bc they’ve been so cute recently ahdjdj) but the rest of got7 and bts still greet and hug eachother warmly :’)) only jinyoung and youngjae are kinda less close to bts .. but i remember they both were more comfortable at events like isac where they spent the whole day with bts :/ can got7 and bts he invited on a show tgt or something so we can have more 2young x bts haha..
