Love this house. I think it's a still at this price point. I would not touch any of the wood, I would get rid of all of the carpet, I'm sure there's hardwoods underneath. I would get rid of all of the wallpaper except in the foyer, curtains, countertops, backsplash, light fixters, all tile except kitchen floor and master bathroom. Redo upstairs bathrooms. I would put the collums on the basement supports. Thats a ceder closet in the master bath, I would not touch it. I would repaint the whole house in different shades of white. I wish I was in the market. I just read some comments and that it went for more, I knew it would.
No way! This house is absolutely garbage and unless you are happy with the outdated 70’s style home, you will be spending about 300,000 just on renovations and about $10,000-$15,000 just cleaning up the overgrown landscaping and making it look decent. However, you do a good job finessing.

I love this home. The master closet is a cedar wood closet. It is not a cabin look. You don't stain cedar closets. Bugs don't like it.
