Great maam. They all are easy to make n at the same time full nutritious. Liked how u kept the lunch balanced with everything, protein, carbs and fat. Definitely going to try this. Thank u for sharing.
True that they are healthy and balanced but I feel portions are bit heavy for her unless she is sharing box with friends. Out of love My mom fed me same way, having the extra portions not knowingly I gained weight and very difficult to reduce now 😢 please be aware This is a request though: do not use much oil for regular daily dishes. Special dishes obv need more oil which cannot be avoided but try to balance in regular meals. You can ignore if you don't like the idea. Just my sincere request
Salam mam, all tiffin recipes are very nice, my mother made aloo veg and paratha for me when I am in school, I don't have any kids but I am making everyday tiffin for my husband he don't like heavy food so I made for him chicken roll, pasta and sandwich recipes and ingredients are little different but now I have new idea to make new kind of recipes.
