That's a good question, I don't think so. The pump only puts out so much pressure at a certain RPM and the accumulator just dampens and keeps the pump from running too often because of spurious pulsations. However I believe, being a DC motor, you could increase the voltage to 16vdc for possibly even 24v without creating problems with the pump. The pump would run fewer minutes per day but would pump more water per cycle. In my experience, DC motors are very forgiving voltage-wise. AC motors are a different story because of harmonics. Maybe I'll do another video where I double the voltage. Thank you for the question. Oh by the way, I made a mistake on the current measurements. If you zoom in on my voltmeter, it says AC, not DC. This voltmeter is different from the one I use at work and it defaults to AC current rather than DC. I'm sure it's drawing three or four amps. I should have known something was wrong. My bad.
Enjoyed this video, looking forward to the update when it's officially installed. Can you increase the pressure on the accumulator to increase flow?

Maybe you should use a 12 volt submersible pump.
