I personally need to grind the lower level missions for more super credits for the next warbond (1000 SC and I don’t wanna pay for them). Better to complete basic missions for democracy than to pay irl cash for the credits as an easy way to upgrades. Also, the game has gotten new updates as of late, with flying enemies on both sides, and a new factory strider coming out. That means more personal orders. Also, I have not been given many chances to complete level 7+ operations alone. So there’s quite a bit for me to do

Bro, shriekers are basically on every map, and on Helldive, multiple nests on a single site. Anyone who says Helldive is easy is either getting carried or has never actually done bots on Helldive. There is nothing wrong with the game outside the bugs and glitches (that are being worked on and fixed frequently). One thing I learned is that people will bitch about everything. You hand someone something on a silver platter, they’ll ask you why the platter isn't made of gold.
This is not a game you grind this is a game where you hop one do one sesh with the bois relax and then go back being an adult. Of course it gets boring when you play it for 6 hours a day XD
There is nothing better than coming home from a long work day and smashing some bugs/bots with my friends. The stakes aren't so high that I can't afford to miss a few days, which is great. I can jump right back into it a week later and sometimes get surprised with new weapons or even enemies. I don't understand why people are complaining about this game.
I'm a case of someone who has had time to play it a ton, and I'm still not bored. Hit level 50 in record time and just barreled through all the potential unlocks and fought across every difficulty. Loving the game still. The patch the other day that increased levelcap 'refunded' the exp I've stored up and I'm now 81, still having a blast xD

For me, it’s not even about the gameplay, it’s about the sense of pride, patriotism, and nationalistic zeal I feel because the game has so effectively nailed down the point that I’m fighting for a cause. I think the US army should take notes from Helldivers 2 for the sheer amount of propaganda and how well it works because it never gets repetitive or boring for me. For democracy!
It's not Early Access at all xD It's a full release, and a damn good one compared to most games in it's price range, and especially much better of a launch than any tripple-A game.
The biggest aggregation with this game is the kick system. I have been kicked 3 times as soon as we start to extract. No player kills, 60% of objectives done by myself and having 90% of the samples on me and only 1 death. You should not be able to kick someone during mission unless they're killing you more than once. It seems like on helldive mode this happens constantly. You lose out on all the xp and the samples and wated 40+ minutes of the game. My last match I have 30 rare, 27 common and all 6 supers. I did all side objectives, cleared 4 nests, helped with the main mission. As soon as we get on the extract ship me and my friend get kicked from the game saying you have been kicked by the host. Sure while being on the hosts ship you should be able to get kicked but not during a mission unless constant betrayal.

Didn’t the first game barely go over like 2000 players at peak? Pretty sure they rarely surpassed 500 recently before 2 came out, even with them making the servers far bigger than needed just in case (I think it was like 150k capacity) they were in no way expecting it to get this big, they even scrapped the previous roadmap they had to compensate for the larger playerbase
We need a legitimately unique planet like Komino or Mustafar or Bespin, not these Starfield level basic worlds where the only unique thing is the one plant you see a bunch

A game doesn’t need to be new and fun from launch until the end of time. You’re playing multiple hours a day since launch and wondering why it’s boring?
If your bored, try making different load-outs utilizing the many weapons, armour and stratagems. There’s lots of options and it will completely change the way you play. Same thing with Bots, don’t forget to give them a try as well. I’d also encourage people not to farm for medals and resources. The game makes it easy enough to casually earn them as you play so there is absolutely no reason to burn yourself out. Lastly focus Major Orders and travel to different planets you’d otherwise avoid. They offer unique modifiers and terrain again forcing you to adapt your load-out and play style to suit the given environment. Above all have fun with the game and spread Managed Democracy where it counts!
Also, use quick play! Respond to sos beacons, trust me it’s extremely fun. When you drop in, it’s usually chaotic, which makes it more fun in my opinion.
Anyone complaining about not seeing shriekers or low content drops aren't playing the game. Shriekers have lore, and them slowly becoming more plentiful in missions is due to how they were introduced through the story. You'll see a bunch of them now and new automatons. You'll get a new warbond every month which includes several new weapons, new grenades, new armors, new emotes, new strategems here and there. The level cap was increased to 150. Planets become locked and unlocked based on community activity. These complaints are lame af and what's even worse are shorts like these that are uninformed and you're clearly not paying attention to the story and activity elements in the game otherwise you wouldn't be saying things like extremely rare for a relatively common enemy.
Personally, I don’t think the problem is that it’s a live service because there’s plenty of life service games like path of exile that are beloved by fans and critics and are still heavily played today. I think it’s more of a problem of them not putting out significant DLC updates like most other live service games
It’s really sad such a great game is going downhill at a record pace, just as fast as it surfaced. We have people coming up with stories about glitches. The devs need to do something quick
I will say now, if you meta slave every mission with Breaker, machine pistol, impact nades, same armour Railgun, shield backpack, airstrike, laser, The game will get repetitive af after abouf 100 hours. If however, you just say "fuck it" and go into a decently high difficulty mission for your skill and take a completely different loadout, but is still capable of dealing with everything, it gets a lot more fun, and if you're playing it with mates, just all take 380mm barrages and drop them simultaneously and see who lives longest xD

I don’t agree with this at all.. Helldivers 2 is a blessing for real Gamers. Most of us are Adults with lives to live. I want to be able to get on after a long day at work, hangout with my friends and just have a good time. I haven’t had this much fun since I played Halo back on split screen. The updates are reasonable. No pay to win. No stupid cosmetics packs. Great progression system. No season pass. Live system that actually works. Incredible community. And I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything if I don’t play for a few days. I will gladly support this developer because they actually care about the Players. Not everyone is a Streamer who plays the game for 10 hours a day… this is the best game to come out in years! 1k likes! Thank you fellow HellDivers! I appreciate the love and feedback. That's because people are playing it without a goal. I intend to do three things. 1: Get to max level, to say that I did, and max out my ship, to have the best Super Destroyer around. 2: To see how the Galactic War ends because it's only a matter of time before the Illuminates show up and shit gets real. 3: To fight the first of many galactic wars to come, just as Helldivers 1 is on war 100+ right now. So while it may be repetitive over time, I will be satisfied as I try to reach those goals.

i work 60 hrs a week sometimes 80, this game is perfect because i hit lvl 25 and immediately had access to all the fun shit if i wanted it!
Play Helldivers, go outside and ride a dirt bike, go get a burger, learn how to work on an engine, then back to helldivers

If your bored, try making different load-outs utilizing the many weapons, armour and stratagems. There’s lots of options and it will completely change the way you play.
Same thing with Bots, don’t forget to give them a try as well.
I’d also encourage people not to farm for medals and resources.
The game makes it easy enough to casually earn them as you play so there is absolutely no reason to burn yourself out.
Lastly focus Major Orders and travel to different planets you’d otherwise avoid. They offer unique modifiers and terrain again forcing you to adapt your load-out and play style to suit the given environment.
Above all have fun with the game and spread Managed Democracy where it counts!
Exactly they go for "meta" everything instead whats fun so they get bored and they only go for terminids instead of the automatons
Also, use quick play! Respond to sos beacons, trust me it’s extremely fun. When you drop in, it’s usually chaotic, which makes it more fun in my opinion.

Anyone complaining about not seeing shriekers or low content drops aren't playing the game. Shriekers have lore, and them slowly becoming more plentiful in missions is due to how they were introduced through the story. You'll see a bunch of them now and new automatons. You'll get a new warbond every month which includes several new weapons, new grenades, new armors, new emotes, new strategems here and there. The level cap was increased to 150. Planets become locked and unlocked based on community activity. These complaints are lame af and what's even worse are shorts like these that are uninformed and you're clearly not paying attention to the story and activity elements in the game otherwise you wouldn't be saying things like extremely rare for a relatively common enemy.

Personally, I don’t think the problem is that it’s a live service because there’s plenty of life service games like path of exile that are beloved by fans and critics and are still heavily played today. I think it’s more of a problem of them not putting out significant DLC updates like most other live service games
It’s really sad such a great game is going downhill at a record pace, just as fast as it surfaced. We have people coming up with stories about glitches. The devs need to do something quick

I will say now, if you meta slave every mission with
Breaker, machine pistol, impact nades, same armour
Railgun, shield backpack, airstrike, laser,
The game will get repetitive af after abouf 100 hours.
If however, you just say "fuck it" and go into a decently high difficulty mission for your skill and take a completely different loadout, but is still capable of dealing with everything, it gets a lot more fun, and if you're playing it with mates, just all take 380mm barrages and drop them simultaneously and see who lives longest xD

I don’t agree with this at all.. Helldivers 2 is a blessing for real Gamers. Most of us are Adults with lives to live. I want to be able to get on after a long day at work, hangout with my friends and just have a good time. I haven’t had this much fun since I played Halo back on split screen. The updates are reasonable. No pay to win. No stupid cosmetics packs. Great progression system. No season pass. Live system that actually works. Incredible community. And I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything if I don’t play for a few days. I will gladly support this developer because they actually care about the Players. Not everyone is a Streamer who plays the game for 10 hours a day… this is the best game to come out in years!

That's because people are playing it without a goal. I intend to do three things.
1: Get to max level, to say that I did, and max out my ship, to have the best Super Destroyer around.
2: To see how the Galactic War ends because it's only a matter of time before the Illuminates show up and shit gets real.
3: To fight the first of many galactic wars to come, just as Helldivers 1 is on war 100+ right now.
So while it may be repetitive over time, I will be satisfied as I try to reach those goals.
Hell diving isn't supposed to be done as often as breathing. That's why taking a break and coming back is important.
