@@moocow4529 thanks for watching and for the encouraging comment! I think RUclips tends to favor videos that are a little longer and that come out on a regular schedule -- but I hope to start making content that's more RUclips-friendly in the near future, once I finish with some other projects
Thanks for watching and for the good word! In terms of Upper Sorbian, my understanding was speakers no longer use this voicing for their own "ř", and instead it usually comes out as a "sh" (ʃ) sound or a sort of "ry". But I completely agree that the Czech "voiced alveolar fricative trill" shows up in some dialects of other languages -- at least from what I could find, there are dialects of Polish and Slovak that also have the sound, but in those cases it's an allophone that can be pronounced differently and still be correct. On the other hand, I admit to oversimplifying this by saying "no other language on Earth" has this sound -- I got a little carried away :-/ Thanks again for the comment!
Hi dragonman9001 and thanks as always for watching and for the comment! I looked into it but didn't find the Zulu "rh" (though I don't speak Zulu -- maybe the "rh" is dialect?) But I do know that in Hindi, the breathy retroflex R letter "ढ़" usually gets romanized as "RH" -- it's a little different but definitely also a rare one among the rhotic R sounds of the world
I had planned to do Romanian, but I misplaced the file for a while and ended up doing Czech instead. It was a fun one -- hope you enjoy!
The World is Our Thing Romanian? Wow. You have done so many great videos. Why are there so few viewers these must take so much effort!

These are probably the best and most useful and educational videos I have ever seen! You should do Dutch if you can!
Thanks for watching and for the comment!
Thanks for making this video!! However, there was a mistake. Czech isn't the only language that has the ř. Upper Sorbian of Germany has it as well.

I thought the ř was just a voiceless form of r like the "rh" in Zulu.
