That means.....circle to land is all visual approach.
How in the lord can a pilot differentiate between 1.7 and 1.8 miles while they’re busily executing a low-altitude sharp turn toward a runway, and how do they know the distance from the end of the runway? Even with GPS, this is a crapshoot.
