In short,he is a super ultra pro killing machine during hypercharge
Agree, Edgar may not be an S tier like it was before the nerf, but it is a solid A tier now which is pretty good considering how long it was the worst brawler in the game.

I don't think the stat buffs of Hypercharges are problematic whatsoever, you still can fight against an enemy who uses it, while they do have a steroid, it's not impossible or even that hard to combat their little power boost. In fact, I'm glad they added steroid abilities like these in the game, Brawl Stars definitely needed these, to inject yourself with temporary overwhelming power to tip the scale!
i think edgar should have his main attack replaced with something called 'Shadow Fist' which is happens once he has done a series of punches, the enemy brawler will have a dark aura around them, having 250 hp taken off them every second, for 2 seconds
