I do think that a user can have one of those traits while not having the other. If they dont, then why is there even a saying that says "I have the limitless and also the 6-Eyes" when both can co-exist without "chances".

if mahoraga had adapted to previous 6 eyes user would that not mean that he could clap up gojo? or at least go into the fight with quite the advantage considering he's already some what adapted to it? if gojo is stronger than the previous user mahoraga would still need to adapt to his strength but surely he went into it with an advantage no?
