This Luffy is very good but in this meta without a buff he is unplayable and this is literally 90% old characters bandai needs to chill making new broken character which makes even the character which is few months old useless
i didnt know that you could stop running roger with shambles, all that i was able to figure out is that you can stop roger from capping with green lucci by using skill 1

You could also do that to fr shanks
That skill has higher priority, it cancels the enemy’s skills with shambles in fact it even works on enemy’s invincible skill
