@Nerthus Things change if you look at the carbon footprint per capita. Us citizens on average consume way more than people in china and india. But then it´s still not a race issue. Black people in the US still have a higher carbon footprint than the average indian citizen.

The great thing is that liberal college students barely vote. And they only begin to vote as they mature. And as they mature, the become more conservative. It's been this way for 60 years at least.
The one exception to liberal college students not voting was Obama. They voted in droves because they wanted to feel like revolutionaries. And they got nothing in return, so went back to sleep.
