    University students or even the citizens of nation on knowledge channels should be shown this video ,on how to handle carbon em issions nd what are the steps taken while designing smart cities and what facilities or features are mandatory for the city smart residents and designers, If every individual can follow vastu best rules which are to be kept in mind while designing a house, designing soulutions which can help overcome climate change or natural disaster s before designing the cities are the foundations of excellence in architecture and design, If e.g japan has volcanoes california in usa has earthquakes, west bengal in india has floods , then designing smart cities in any of areas or cities like these brings us the challenges which have to be handled which cant be overlooked throughout construction and designing of smart cities.

      Yes, that's an important urban mobility policy to compliment good public transit. Ideally everyone would easily be able to get to their destination by either walking, biking, or riding an electric-powered bus, rail, or shared vehicle (scooter, e-bike, etc.).

    Bus Rapid Transit is an inefficient mode of transport. There’s a limited amount of people that can be carried per vehicle and they are less energy efficient since buses have rubber tires where’s light rail and subways run on tracks

  • @ababababaababbba
    @ababababaababbba Год назад

    bus rapid transit ends up the same price as light rail but attracts less riders and usually gets bogged down into just a regular bus line

    But most Transportation polution is freight and goods, not commuters.
    Also, people aren't using their cars because they can't find shops near by - they are using it because they commute to work.
    Similarly - building up in high-rises - is expensive and forces all projects to have a shorter lifetime. Essentially you are condemning a whole generation to become rent slaves. Never build any equity and never own anything - what happens when they can't afford to live in the city anymore?
    Green solutions need to address peoples needs not only the planet's needs if they are to ever be implemented. Until environmentalists don't renounce this: "just deal with it" attitude, things will not change.

      A proper and robust public transportation can make commuting to work smoother, cleaner, and produce less need for cars. Furthermore, how do you know people don’t also struggle with accessing resources like shops and public areas because of car-centric infrastructure. In a lot of suburbs, there literally aren’t even sidewalks; people have to walk on the ROADS.
      Also, “rent slaves,” lol. As if the housing market isn’t already prohibitively expensive without these systems in place.

    0:32 - JESUS TALKED TO THE CENTURIUM WHO COMMANDED 100 SOLDIERS... INTERESTING THAT HE SAID:"I HAVE NEVER FPUND A FAITH LIKE THIS IN JERUSALEM!".... CAN WE INFER JESUS WAS ALSO TALKING ABOUT SPIRITUAL COVERAGE? 1. THE INDIVIDUAL'S SPIRIT 2. THE SPIRIT THAT ACTS UPON HIM 3. THE SPIRIT WHO ACTS UPON A CITY...4. THE SPIRIT WHO ACTS UPON A NATION..... IN ITS "REI_N" THERE-IS ORDER AND HIERARCHY...JESUS SAID:"IF S_TAN COMBATS AGAINST S____ HIS KINDOM CAN NOT SUSTAIN"... ORGANIZED...AND ORGANIZATION DIWN TO FITH MATTER WE CAN FIND IN JESUS WORDS:"IN JERUSALEM...THERE-IS NOT!"

      Hi D- Sean. What are you basing this assumption on? I drive a 4 yo civic that gets good mileage and has less than 20k total miles. And my guest, Robbie, takes public transit to work.
