These girls are amazing and legendary simply for continuing to do what they love with joy. The charm of this song lies in how much fun the four of them seem to be having. I hope they keep pursuing what they truly want without being overly influenced by their fans' expectations.
Absolutely loved this. So great to hear all four members sing! Love the opening riff, love the playfulness! It's amazing that going on 18 years, Scandal still sounds fresh and still finds new things to bring to their songs!
Thank you for your reaction😊 This is my favorite song among SCANDAL’s songs because it's so catchy. Can you also check out 'dedede' by Haku.? They're a Japanese female band that's recently gaining attention. The vocalist's voice is amazing, and the band's sound is groovy.
I wasn't massively keen on the drum production, the Phil Collins style 80s gated reverb on the snare & toms and the boxy room soaked bass drum are the only bits of the mix that really isn't working for me. Ideally would've liked a slightly less effect-laden treatment of Haruna's vocals, but happy that Tomo got more involvement contributing vocally both with harmonies & up front, she's been missed on songs where she's not the lead. Musically it felt a bit like One More Time mixed with some of the rhythms of Masterpiece, a solid 8/10 for me.
