I noticed that Conner become more and more mechanical the more you killed him, in the final clip Conner barley held any emotion at all, staring blankly and answering promptly. It was like he was just processing information and spitting out an answer like he was programmed to do. Not really caring about anything unless its do with the investigation. Its scary honestly.

The sad thing is, even though Connor keeps getting replaced, he does infact lose a bit of himself and his memories. This is evident if you happen to save the officer in the first hostage chapter but ends up dying. When that officer thank you later, Connor has no memories of it. This implies Cyberlife *chooses* what memories gets uploaded into the new Connors, and is leaving out ones that show he acted on emphathy and emotions so the new Connors wouldn't turn deviant.

Kara's story is the equivalent of Finn's arc from SW: The last Jedi. It added nothing to the story
Buldock's Channel Yeah, but it was more enjoyable than Markus' story, or character.
And more emotional in a way as well.
They were all great stories but yeah, I just love re-watching and seeing peoples reactions to the Connor storyline.
I totally get it. Hank is afraid of nothing after death and never meeting his son and believing his son never actually went to a better place, so not only is he shook by Connor dying, but by the fact that Connor is immortal and never has to worry about life beyond death.

He's not even surprised anymore. He's just... so tired of having this reckless, empathy-lacking machine following him around. He wanted so badly to believe that the 'man' with the goofy appearance, that weird voice and innocent demeanor could act like a young human with a fucking soul, instead of it being some masochistic Terminator who places no value on living things nor its' own kin.
