Taccom makes good PCC barrels. Or at least, the chamber extension with the feed ramp makes feeding much more reliable. It's too bad about Foxtrot Mike, they are pretty innovative as a company.

they use green mountain blanks (4140), looks like the roughing reamer went to deep.

Could have been bad heat treat instead. I would imagine if they used the wrong steel all of the barrels would be wearing out super fast.
