I need to make a piece of hidem gimp that is longer than the width of my fabric. How do you recommend sewing the pieces end for end? Straight across or at an angle?

Just an idea, I used the Deluxe 5-1/2" Magnetic Sewing Guide on the LEFT side of the presser foot. Align the guide and you can sew both side perfectly😊
