Harmony inc is only interested in one thing: Extracting as much money from their captive mobile home owners as possible. I used to live in a Harmony owned MH park. Harmony is the last word I would use to describe that company.

I can't help myself. I feel really bad for these seniors who deserve a quiet place. I watched this again and just wanted to add that the new owners made a statement @ 1:50 about single mothers. I'm all for helping single mother's but the problem is some of those single mothers hook up with bad people. Mostly bad men. New men coming and going all hours of the night. Lots of drinking and fighting. I know I watch it happen everyday. I wish that I lived in a 55 and over. The company that will screen new ppl moving in won't look at there criminal record, only the financial record is looked at for residential acceptance. If they do look at criminal records they miss looking at some of my neighbors records. There are the dogs that are left alone all day and bark for 5 hours straight and if you complain your the bad guy, a Karen. I can go on with more: tons of traffic with parking problems, loud music, barking dogs, drunkenness, Just get ready for lots of noise. Bless you and I hope KSBY follows up on this story. Sending prayers that it stays 55 and older. 💙

In other words, the homeless and all others who get government subsidized housing. That way, Harmony can raise the cost of everything.

Bad move. your going to get drunks and ppl who don't care about ppl just like in the park I live in. My neighbor gets so drunk he don't know where he is and when I call the sheriff they don't do anything and end up threatening me with arrest. Fight! Fight!
