The father should send the boy to school to learn something or to have an education. Learning or education is the best thing a parents can give to their kids.

It good to start now if possible I know you don't have a lot of choices where you live but I believe you and your wife love the boy and do the best you can. 😊❤ And one day maybe you will be able to get a wagon for the boy so you don't have to carry him all the time it will be good easier mom to with the new baby.😊 Just thinking of ways that might help out.❤
