Honestly! What is the truth about Abby, and Sydney. Please let us know the truth; which is whether or not they were both born as boy. Is it possible for you to just tell the truth. Is there a cover up towards both athletes. The argument coming from good source is that they were both born boys; but were transformed. Is there any truth about that.
Going to be a great race! All three of these young ladies are remarkable.
In total awe of all three of these amazing talented beautiful women.
Yeah all talented amazing, and beautiful....
So much talented athletes
This is going to be great! Personally I think she’s running the 200m here because she wants to set a PB and didn’t do so at the Occidental meet (wind aided), aside from doing speed work. Abby ran wind aided 22.6 something in the Bermudas. Gabby obviously went faster but if not all 3 of them set new 2024 bests for themselves I would be very surprised.
She ran the flat 400m last season and broke 50s and then broke 49s.
I bet she's doing it again this season over the 200m trying to break 22s. I hope she does
Holy moly can’t wait for this one. I have Thomas going sub-22 and winning. Both Steiner and McLaughlin close in around 22.1
You underestimate Abbey
Sub 22 this early? It's possible but I doubt any of them are going sub 22 in this meet.
@@Adumbbomb810 Because of the HUGE NAMES, this may break conventional thinking!
@@Adumbbomb810gabby is definitely running sub 22. And the middle of May isn’t considered early.
It could be too early to peak. But Gabby doesn’t need to peak to break sub 22.
I see gabby running anywhere from 21.7-22 flat and Abby probably 22.1 the fastest
I truly pray they all stay HEALTHY!! LOVE each one of those athletes and even tho I give Gabby the advantage in this meet, I believe às the season progresses Abby will come back to her sub 22 form and challenge for a medal.
We're not forgetting about Sherika or Mboma, they too will be factors no doubt.
Elaine is still a wildcard IMO, if she can return to her ridiculous form.... lol, that will be some kind of Final. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I can't wait to see this. What a great time to be alive.
Three of my favorites competing against each other. Wow!!!!!!!
I've seen many athletes run the combos of the 100/200, 200/400, 800/1600, 1600/3200 etc etc. Why does the 400/800 combo have so many less athletes doing it?
Fully expect Athing Mu to try that 400/800m double at least once in her career hopefully next yr @WC in Tokyo 🤞
The quick 400 guys have not the strength to run a 1:44
And the 1:44 guys are too slow for the 400
One is a sprinting one a middle distance.
The quickest 800m runners are Nijel Amos and Emmanuel Korir, they have respectively the PB 1:41:73 and 1:42:05. Both ran a 44 400m and got an Olympic A-standard once for the one lap distance
Because it’s not really viable
Even 800/1600 is not viable imo
It takes soo much out of you
This is going to be a very fun very competitive race but anytime McLaughlin is competing im picking her to win she's Super woman
I might have to order pizza and have a party for this race.
Iron sharpens Iron
It's gonna be EPIC! (great video)
Crazy skilled young lady!!
Please , please Lord don't have any of these 3 women withdraw from this race !!!
If you can't get excited about seeing these 3 women in the starting blocks in the same race then your simply dead and someone has forgotten to push you over and throw dirt on you !!! 😆 Lol It will be very , very , interesting to see how quick Sydney can cover this distance. I love the fact that Syd competes at distances that are not her bread and butter events. Having said all that, my greatest hope is that my favorite girl Abby really rises to the occasion here ! Though it is very early in the season I think , Abby in particular , needs as many of these types of competitions as she and her coaching staff feel good about getting her in. Can't help but think with these three in the same race that motivation is through the roof and that there will be no holding back on anyone's part to post the absolute fastest performance their currently capable of !!! I will be nothing less than shocked if Gabby doesn't go under 22 sec in LA. And who better to push each other than these 3 s.azi g women !!!!!!!! Yea baby , let the games begin !!😅
I’m so freaking excited for this race! Three of my favorite athletes competing in one of my favorite events. Let’s go!!!
I think Abby Thomas or Gabby Steiner takes it!
@@ckobo84unless shirika's there
Oh my word.... this will be insane😂😂😂😂
This is going to be an awesome 200 m run.
Damn! A dream come true to have my 3 favourite female track stars in one race! Steiner, McLaughlin, and Thomas. I agree with you that Gabby should be the favourite. Also favourite to win the gold in Paris as well!
...and Shacarri Richardson
@@occ4lblue eyed don’t like dark meat
Hopefully everyone is there, at full health, strength and power, and nobody drops out for “professional reasons”.
This could be an awesome showdown.
Do wr 21.34 ?
@@szymon6207hello no lol, none of them in that race have World record potential in the 200, and even if somehow they did they’re not anyway close to it at this stage of the season
Although no youtuber (or even its commentators) are talking about that, Sydney is indeed considering running both 400 (flat and hurddles) at Paris. And why wouldn't her??? Heats and semifinals will be just a piece of cake, like normal training days. The two finals, a day apart, won't be easy, that's for sure. Still, she is the favorite for the hurdles and a main contender for the flat. That would be HISTORY!
She runs like 2 races per season and you think she will run all those races in a week? She won't win nothing if she does it
Looks like she’s working on her closing time, gearing up for the hurdles and 400m flat battles in the Olympics.
I think the 200 is part of the plan for getting the 400 flat world record. She needs to be under 22 in the 200, if she is ever going to challenge that 400 flat world record. She needs to be able to run a 22 mid over the first 200 of the flat 400 to be in shouting distance of that world record, and the only way to do that and be able to maintain speed over the final 200 is upping her short distance top speed. There's a bunch of research about this that I've read through, basically no woman who has a 200 PB above 22 has a hope in hell of even coming close to the 400 flat WR. If you look at all the women in the books with 48 low times, they all have 200's under 22.
Shericka, Gabby, and Elaine are going to be tough to beat.
They not going to be beat I don't know why they keep trying to put Steiner in the mix who ever made this page should be banned for stupidity 😂
It would be a dream to have Sydney Gabby Steiner and Mu to run this years 4x400 final! Who knows if it could happen but one can dream!
Nas Abby not needed, Holmes, ellis and a few other with better times than her
@@HEAVYCHEVY409 boiiii Holmes yeah maybe but Ellis is somewhat not constant with her races, Steiner always has the best legs in relays
That’s a pretty good team. I was thinking of what it could be if Britton Wilson never got injured last year. I think she would have ran a sub 49 before the year was out. What about a Syd, Thomas, Sub 49 Wilson, and Athing Mu.
I think that team on the right day could challenge that 3:15 record. I think Gabby will run a Sub 49 leg this year , Syd could be a low to mid 47 split, and with two other 50 second splits you almost have the record already.
I wanna see all 3 of them on the 4x4
Her name is Shericka Jackson. Say it with me...😌🥇👑🇯🇲
MBoma walked in the room.🤣🤣
Shericka Jackson has pulled out from the Suzhou Diamond League and her Olympic season keeps getting delayed.
lol stop it
smile
@@ugoeze7360 Shericka and Sha'carri are the most frustrating athletes to follow.
Sydney McLaughlin is looking great, and so are the other athletes. An athlete I'm excited to see this season is also Marileidy Paulino in the 400m.
I think Syd is one of those generational athletes that competes against history…not her peers.
I just have a feeling that if/when Syd enters a race, she isn’t planning on losing…
I think she’s going to crush her PR and go sub 22
She won the race easily, 22.08 just for fun lol
I have to vote for the Irish Girl in the race, but I love❤ all three!
Gabby not Irish though lol
Maybe he thinks American athlete Sydney McLaughlin is Irish because of her surname LOL.
The Women's 200 M at the Olympic Trials next month is going to be lit!
I think Gabby Thomas has to be the favorite for the win, but behind her it will probably be close between Steiner and McLaughlin with both running some fast times.
...and Shacarri
@@occ4l oh, is she in the same race? I didn't know!
The pride of NEW JERSEY 🎉🎉🎉🙏
This may be the greatest race of the year. I don’t know who to root for. But whoever wins I’ll be cheering
This is going to be a great race!!
Please stop imagining how fast the times COULD HAVE BEEN under other conditions. It's Track & Field. The time is the time. If the wind was too much, the time isn't counted as a record. The beauty of T&F is that when the race ends, you know who won and how fast the contestants ran. All the other possibilities--the could-have-beens--collapse into nothingness.
Well said. All the coulda woulda shoulda drives me nuts. Nothing matters but the time on the board.
Sydney is in a class of her own never seen before and never to be repeated again.!
Winning is in her DNA.
Its a habit bred into her.
Futile to think anybody can beat her on 200m, 400m flat or 400 hurdles.
Its history in the making.!
It's a great lineup. I think each of them will be careful and try to have a good, smart, safe race. Gabby looking good. I wish them all well.
Union County proud!👍🏿
"Jersey makes, the world takes"
Although I believe she is from Middlesex County and went to School in Union County.Home of the Worlds greatest hurdler Ronaldo Nehemiah "Skeets"
@@rogersemple3122 Oh, I just know her from her assoc w/Union Catholic track. He is a few years after me, I believe Scotch Plains. I have fam there, Piscataway, Plainfield. I'm from Newark, and was part of making high school football history there. When I was balling in Essex county, I think in Middlesex county "him" was Willie Wilson?
Man I'm hoping Sydney goes for double gold at the Olympics 😊(400m&400h)
I hope they all win a gold medal is something!
I just enjoy Abby's acceleration which is unparalleled by any athlete - ever.
We coming out the blocks fast with this one!
McLaughlin is only running 200 meters to work on her pure speed in preparation for the Olympic trials and Olympics. She will not beat Thomas or Steiner at 200meters. Femke is a real threat. She is also a generational talent and she gets out there and competes.
You nailed it buddy 🤣
Man, I hope they all make it into the blocks healthy! This is gonna be an EPIC race!
Abby seems to have one of the slower reaction times out of the blocks in most of her races. The relays seem to be a better fit for Abby because she gets a running start which is much more critical in the 4x100 than the 4x400.
I can always count on you to provide 45 minutes of historical information....
Gabby is the obvious favorite, but I wouldn’t sleep on Abby Steiner in the 200 m possibly passing her up. That lady can compete! She’s one of those athletes that doesn’t slow down towards the end and if anything just keeps accelerating.
All three of these women are amazing. McLaughlin seems like the most talented female athlete ever.
McLaughlin for the win
Think of others having to compete against this TRIO !
Great video! I'm looking forward to this event!
Most relevantly, Sydney is making Track interesting!
Which is what the business needs. Making sure to race Femke in Paris.
Mixing it up in all these shorter sprints.
Not just a top talent, but someone with the vision to know what's important for her AND the sport :)
She is a hometown hero, I have followed her since she was in high school.
I hope they are the 4x4 team again at the Olympics
I go for the indomitable spirit of Abby to prevail just enough over the competitions.
For McLaughlin it's mainly speed-work. Then at 400 she'll be able to run more relaxed at the slightly less frenetic pace. Gabby Thomas (and Steiner, for that matter) will push her to the max, much more than a mere workout.
This maybe her best event💡🤔
Pips and Mooms, everyone !!
Hoping our 200m women can rival the tough Jamaican team this year at Paris. It will be a treat to watch.
Bobby trains you to run…!!
What a race it's going to be. Wouldn't it be incredible if for the first time in history there's a tie or separated by 1-1000th of a second to whoever manages to pull it off.
One thing's for sure, and of course I don't know if they're going to the Olympics, but wouldn't it be incredible to see these three and of course a fourth in a relay completely destroy any competition.
I would like to see Abby pull out the win, but I think it's probably going to go to Gabby by a split second
Gabby is also coming back from injury. Came back just before Abby got injured. Hope everyone is all healed up now.
Gabby came back from injury last year and won a silver medal at the world's.
Facts bro🎉
not sure why europeans dont count for the yearly rankings in 2018 but the actual rankings for 2018 are different: 1. Asher-Smith 21:81 2. Okakbare 22:04 3. Schippers 22:14 4.Samuel 22:37 5. Thomas and 6. McLaughlin
The linked rankings were just the rankings after McLaughlin ran her 200 in the early season. It definitely changed as 2018 unfolded with Asher-Smith in first place at 21.81. Thanks for the clarification
@@TotalRunningProductions ah yes that explains it, cuz the euro's were pretty late in 2018.
This will be a great race, 🎉🎉, be interesting to see what form Abby is, as she has the slowest time this year.
I think that Mclaughlin's got more in the tank than she has shown yet and wins with 21.78. Cheers.
Totally got Gabby Thomas winning this!
Good call. We shall see.
If Abby can get a good start then it will be very interesting. Coming from behind at the very start is a severe handicap when racing against the best.
Looking forward to June 21-30 USA Track & Field Olympic Trials than Onward to 2024 Olympics in Paris 26 July to 11 August.
The LA track meet is nice....
The Elite of the Elite will show up for the Olympics to compete for Individual Gold Silver Bronze Medals.
I got Gabby to win this one! It should be a great race. I can't wait to see it.
Is Sydney doing the heptathlon!? It wouldn’t surprise me at all.
Idk who's the favorite but Gabby is my favorite 😅 haaa...
All 3 are gonna do great...
I love my Kentucky gals, but Gabby Thomas is the one to beat as her leg turnover is amazing for her stride. Abby would not only need a great start but a lead where she won't get run down. Sydney is the wildcard of the 3, consistant in everything, but can she get out of the blocks as quickly as Steiner, and does she have the top end of Gabby?
How about making a video after they race.
Don't forget Athing Mu who will probably be doing the 400 as well as the 800.
I doubt if Mu does the 400m as it's a different kind of race that involves more sprinting than the 800m which she usually dominates.
I agree with Gabby being the favorite. I think she's peaking just at the right time. But I think Sydney will dominate in the Olympics.
Same Kentucky track team
Just because an athlete focuses on one event. It doesn’t mean that they only train for that other events all year long.
Would love to see all 3 in the 4x200 and 4x400
I say Steiner hits her turbo boost button and pulls off the upset
Go Abby! Go Sydney! May the fastest woman win.
They are all great runners I'm not picking, I'm just going to wish them all good luck‼️🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩❤️🤩‼️🤩❤️🤩😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤😊❤❤😊❤
Christmas is coming early to track and field this year. Can you believe it?
Photo finish with Gabby taking it in sub 22 then Sydney and Abby
......not sure where the drama comes in......Thomas regularly posts 21.6s......Levrone and Steiner have yet to dip under 22
The real race is Syd vs Paulino in the 400m
Sydney needs a big lead coming off the turn to beat Paulino, as her top speed is faster than Sydney's
Syd vs Paulino vs Adeleke
@@XDF745 Adeleke is very good but she's just a hair behind Syd and Paulino. Adeleke is more in Britton's league.
@@dmvbay2535 Not for long.
@@XDF745 I hope so also. I like the prospects of Adeleke dominating for years to come.
I would NEVER bet against Sidney.
I’m just hoping all 3 actually line up for this one
She most certainly will PB. But Gabby is going to win regardless. It will be nice to see everyone do well.
Can’t wait see Sydney in the 400mH
Big Blue Nation showin out!
Damn going leave out Jackson from Jamaica
I still don’t feel like I’ve ever seen her push herself. Whatever event she picks, she’s breaking the WR.
For Sydney this race is simply for her to be able to tap into her top end speed faster. Her team isn't looking for her to win this race. Honestly she should get 3rd or 4th place. As long as her time improves thats all that matters for Syd. This will help her 400/400h races.
It's nice that Syd can run maybe a 22.0x at best, good for speed on 400/400h for the Femke clash at Paris.
But until she runs a 21.7x she is nowhere in the conversation for the 200m in anything really.
We have a Shericka miles ahead of the competition unless she breaks a leg and a ETH that is coming back this year etc.
I find it interesting ofc, but she has to put up a 21.8x to be considered anything for the 200m.
With how much she dominates on anything she focusses on, I think she could challenge Sherika but that would likely be too much on her plate
Don’t underestimate Sydney. I always said that she has hidden potential in 200m! Y’all bout to see
Yeah, there's level to this. Syd just using the 200m to warm up for her real event. Syd is not touching the 200m for anything medal related, maybe relay? But USA is stack.
@@helloman3676 I know but don’t underestimate her in 200m. If anyone running 400m can break 22 seconds, it’s her ! I firmly believe she can run 21.7 with good 200m training
@@LifeissuesDLY Agreed, with solid 200 meter training, Syd could be very good. However, she is naturally stronger at 400, and is training for 400. I see the 100H and 200 as just speed work for her to be ready for 400 at Paris.
I just love Abby just on a personal note, pray healing and health peace and happiness…❤
