Well, I've learned something new again. I didn't know that Glen Wild Lake existed. Very pretty place. In the video, the two lane road and the structures seem very familiar. I can recall driving on Union Avenue into Bloomingdale, and further into Butler and Kinnelon. For me, like Yogi Berra used to say: It's like deja vu all over again. I had the feeling that I've been here before.
This general area is typical of Northern Passaic County. Scenic, mountainous, and beautiful.

May it remain the best kept secret by all who have loved it over the years…

Private Lake community . While there are no gates etc It is very much frowned upon entering if : you are not a resident, have not been invited by a resident to visit, or are not a serivce provider that needs to do work there. I spent many a summer on the lake at my cousins lakehouse. The community is tight knit. Quite a few families have been there for generations. They have maintained a very safe and beautiful place. Advice to viewers: dont go there thinking you can just park and go swimming anywhere you want- there is no public access to the lake and the surrounding land, which is also owned by the Lake association.

Luckily there are a few properties available for sale and if someone is inclined to find a peaceful place to call home, Glen Wild, might be a good option.

Loved the vid, but I don't know anyone there that calls themselves a Wilder.
