Everyone who had one of these understands the pain and suffering these metal contraptions from hell induced when getting hit on the ankles trying to do a "spin move"...yea you know the one. *shudders*
And the guy picks the octopus off of the ice and spins it around. It's a tradition: The 16 legs of the 2 octopi that are thrown onto the ice represent the 16 games that the Wings have to win to get the Stanley Cup.
I recall scooters before the Razor craze. The board you stepped on was wider and the wheels were bigger. I don't think you could fold them but it made them fairly sturdy. Some sort of generation gap between them for certain.
I looooved this as a kid. Played the shit out of it. The songs too. "Lately! I've been thinking bout a girl named Molly! She's the coolest in the wooorld." it was my jam.
The 8 Paul bit reminds me of the nicknames myself and a group of friends came up for Paul. Apaulcalypse (apocalypse), Wrecking Paul (ball), Appauling (appalling), and paultice (poultice). :D
16:03 I'm guessing that to make the jump, you have to pick up speed by going between the vert ramps at each end, then take a launch ramp once you're going fast enough.
I was thinking the same thing lol and can't for the life of me remember who it might have been, or even find it by any of my subs when searching either. I know they played some BMXXX game that is similar, but I distinctively remember this game..
Did anyone get that breath taking feeling when they jumped in the sky level, and you got that over view of the city? That shit was terrifying. Anyway NICK! Dude! You're so skinny now man! Awesome stuff!
Nah, man, we still do the octopus at the Joe! Also, the moment the show started I was like "they got a new couch!!", I'm glad it was a WWI/WWII veterans couch. Know that your couch is coming from someone real, and you're all set!
I had a dream last night that I was having a party where I was showing episodes of Continue? and the big draw was that you guys were going to make an appearance and impress my friends. Except you just showed up outside my house, said hi to me, and then left. I'm even a fucking spaz in my dreams.
Saves the Day is my favorite band so that brief convo about them was the highlight of this weeks video for me, even if the guys seem to confuse them with way more commercial lesser bands... P.S. I want a Josh Henderson pro-model Razor Scooter in stylish silver
I liked this game, the soundtrack was awesome (even if most of those bands are still obsolete to this day), but it's fun to see someone as awesome as Continue tackle this one. By the way, nice Nine Days reference. Took me right back to 2000. :p
From Wikipedia: "Razor tells the story of a group of kids whose friends have been captured by an evil giant robot. Over the course of the game, the youngsters will have to complete an assortment of challenges to rescue their pals. Once the necessary tricks and objectives have been completed, a special level opens up where players will have an opportunity to rescue one of the captured friends. After accomplishing this, players return to the main levels, this time with a more difficult set of challenges to overcome. The game does not end until all the special levels are unlocked, and all of the friends, including Ultimate Fighting Championship star Tito Ortiz, have been rescued."
12:00 Level unlocked: Clock Tower. I don't think you want to go there, there'll be a midget with garden shears chasing your ass.
Not once... But twice!
Hork Supreme CONTINUE TRIVIA TIME: Clock Tower is a lost episode.
Continue? You guys thinking about doing up a Continue-mashup of unfinished videos and be like "That's a video"?
Continue?
MAKE IT A FOUND EPISODE, NOW
Apparently they don't watch fellow NormalBoots Jontron cause they went there
If you had a Razor Scooter, you were top shit. Scooting along jumping over curbs and other small, elevated surfaces. Hardcore as fuck
Now it's kinda trash
"I feel like I'm breaking the rules... But my parents are OK with it."
Hahaha! Perfect.
For some reason this is one of the funniest episodes to me..
Your late 90's early 2000's music references always make me smile. God, all that shit was so cheesy, yet oddly alluring.
I know, right!
Everyone who had one of these understands the pain and suffering these metal contraptions from hell induced when getting hit on the ankles trying to do a "spin move"...yea you know the one.
*shudders*
YES!!!! the pain I still have a scar on my leg
as soon as you said "pain and suffering", I knew.
We all know of this unspeakable pain (goes to cry in corner)
worse, tried riding the wall, slipped, and fell face first on it. Fuck razor.
This is one of my favourite episodes. Watched it at least 4 times.
this and the JonTron theme are my favorite theme songs ever
This game is too hardcore for me, more spider tea parties please.
No way that game is fucking scary
What a shitty day its been. Thanks you guys for making Wednesdays awesome no matter what.

"Well this game sucks." - Josh Henderson 16:37
Says Continue anyway...
Wild Card, Bitches!
That's why I love you guys :3
Continue? epic link.
I used to play this game alot in my younger years and it was hell of fun back then.
As soon as Paul said "this is just the story of a girl..." I KNEW what was coming!
This reminds me of Brutalmoose's review. Between that and this Continue? episode, Razor scooter has given us so much...
Thanks for playing my game! I'm glad that Josh continued... Maybe he should stop by and we can play it... ALL NIGHT LONG.
"Rock You Like a Hurricane" takes on a whole new meaning.
Razor scooters taught me what true pain is.
And the guy picks the octopus off of the ice and spins it around. It's a tradition: The 16 legs of the 2 octopi that are thrown onto the ice represent the 16 games that the Wings have to win to get the Stanley Cup.
You guys have played so many extreme sports games lately, I love it! You should play Grind Session it has a good soundtrack!
Haven't you guys done this video before? Why am I the only person to notice this. Did I go back in time and not realize?
Right in the childhood with this game, thanks continue!
Awesome job guys, watch your show every week. Even if you're Flyers fans... Go Bruins
Josh Henderson Pro Scootering, please make this.
watchin this the day the couch was sent off :(
17:25 You know, if you braided Josh's beard, gave him a sophisticated robe, steampunk jewelry... By The Nine, he'd make a pretty convincing dwemer.
13:28
I love their reaction to that SO much.
I recall scooters before the Razor craze. The board you stepped on was wider and the wheels were bigger. I don't think you could fold them but it made them fairly sturdy. Some sort of generation gap between them for certain.
Razor scooter tailwhips off streetcurbs was the way to achieve all the pseudo bmx dreams a boy could have.
I love how every single time I think your character is going to wipe out she lands anyway somehow.
Get this family friendly soundtrack on CD! "Bleed out, everywhere!"
Dude I had this game as a kid...
If you play until the end you can unlock a monkey and a robot as playable characters. Shit was hype.
how do you guys make every episode about pop punk, hockey, and philly
I looooved this as a kid. Played the shit out of it. The songs too. "Lately! I've been thinking bout a girl named Molly! She's the coolest in the wooorld." it was my jam.
Oh my god, those defunct websites... Brilliant editing right there.
last two minutes of this video: suddenly nerdiness levels skyrocket. rock on!
The 8 Paul bit reminds me of the nicknames myself and a group of friends came up for Paul. Apaulcalypse (apocalypse), Wrecking Paul (ball), Appauling (appalling), and paultice (poultice). :D
Bowling for soup as every song in the soundtrack...also known as heaven on earth
16:03 I'm guessing that to make the jump, you have to pick up speed by going between the vert ramps at each end, then take a launch ramp once you're going fast enough.
13:25 is the best. Paul's "OH MY GOD" sounds so damn genuine, its hilarious XD
I have not seen such bravery!
Holy shit a Toynbee Tile T Shirt. I can't believe somebody else on this planet knows what those are.
I could swear that you guys played this before but I watch some gaming shows on youtube so I might be thinking of somebody else.
Brutalmoose has done a review of this game before, so maybe he's the one you were thinking of?
I'm not sure. Maybe. But I don't watch him.
Moonbeam You should, he's awesome!
I was thinking the same thing lol and can't for the life of me remember who it might have been, or even find it by any of my subs when searching either.
I know they played some BMXXX game that is similar, but I distinctively remember this game..
That was probably the funniest thing I've seen all week...
I used to own this game. That Threefoot song is really good.
Had to take a break from this episode to go outside and get my scootboardin on. Then I came back in so I can hear about Josh's dad.
"Bye Josh's hair"
That's too much hahaha. Can we expect a tribute video like with Dom?
"Started on the ground" Look out Nick, old age is right behind you!
Did anyone get that breath taking feeling when they jumped in the sky level, and you got that over view of the city? That shit was terrifying. Anyway NICK! Dude! You're so skinny now man! Awesome stuff!
this game reminds me of the Rocket Power game lol
This episode was amazing.
Nah, man, we still do the octopus at the Joe! Also, the moment the show started I was like "they got a new couch!!", I'm glad it was a WWI/WWII veterans couch. Know that your couch is coming from someone real, and you're all set!
I love it when they talk about punk rock bands. I wish they talked about punk rock bands every episode.
PUNKROCK4LYFE
I loved my Razor scooter when I was young
I had a dream last night that I was having a party where I was showing episodes of Continue? and the big draw was that you guys were going to make an appearance and impress my friends. Except you just showed up outside my house, said hi to me, and then left. I'm even a fucking spaz in my dreams.
That loading screen is the best
Every time Paul used the word "scoot" or "scootin'" I laughed so hard.
nick is so on point today with that shirt.
Oh yeah... my little sisters had one of those things each, I remember them being too tiny to use once you hit your teens.
I gotta say i felt like a badass riding my *RAZOR SCOOTER!!!* now i just feel old...
Getting farther into my Continue binge.
Saves the Day is my favorite band so that brief convo about them was the highlight of this weeks video for me, even if the guys seem to confuse them with way more commercial lesser bands... P.S. I want a Josh Henderson pro-model Razor Scooter in stylish silver
I love hearing Josh talk about his dad
Yeah, hearing about the drummer of Aerosmith is always great
I love the Toynbee shirt, Nick.
ohh man you guys need to the credits videos in this game, they are SOMETHING. xD
Who would Game Over? You scoot on a magical concrete sky fortress, and there's the risk of plummeting to your fiery doom. Infinite Continues, please.
I liked this game, the soundtrack was awesome (even if most of those bands are still obsolete to this day), but it's fun to see someone as awesome as Continue tackle this one.
By the way, nice Nine Days reference. Took me right back to 2000. :p
I have this GAEM
The Hot Rod reference officially made Josh my favourite person at Normal Boots, sorry Jared, I hope 2nd is okay.
Nice Toynbee Tiles shirt Nick, pretty jealous.
Every time paul says scoot i giggle childishly.
I can't believe this game has a story
I was literally eating popcorn when they started talking about it
Another great video guys!
I love your music references
Keep goin' up. Next level, space.
Lookin' dapper in that Toynbee Idea shirt! Am I jealous? Super-yes.
I loved razor scooter when i plaid it lol it defo didnt hold up as much as i thought
12:40 broke into song and dance with Nick and Josh.
Sometimes I can't tell if Josh is joking about his dad or not.
the credits are the best part of the game
never get tired of your laugh Nick Murphy
ji panicked when they started falling down on the couch at the end D:
I think there is only one word to describe a Tony Hawk rip-off featuring the razor scooter:
Timeless.
Hey josh your new tattoo is cool, I've been wanting to get a pin up lately too.
Is Nick wearing a Toynbee plate shirt? I didn't know they shirts of them.
I love you Josh
Get our of here, Jash. That comment was for Josh.
WTF is wrong with your pic, it's horrifying. I don't want to look at it anymore.
Thank you ♥
Hork Supreme Its goddamn ET!
"p8ul" with an 8 in the middle just looks like "puddle" to me.
Those were some rad skillz yo!
that death fall was actually scary

.... Yep, I remember playing this.
That was some Mirror's Edge shit when she fell from the roof. Holy shit.
Y'all love late 90's Pop-Punk so much that I forgive you for the Smash Mouth fiasco.
Podcast guys !
A razor scooter flies around like a mousetrap when you crash
Be right back, gonna consult my Magic 8 Paul.
I still have and play this game......FOR DREAMCAST!
