Black bean with Sticky Rice Dessert - របៀបធ្វើបង្អែមបបរសណ្តែកខ្មៅ

Black bean with sticky rice is one of Cambodian traditional desserts that you can find it in any open markets in Cambodia. We will have Sweet rice and black beans by being topped with creamy coconut milk.
Ingredients:
9oz [250g] Dry black beans
½tsp Salt for boiling beans
3.5oz [100g] Glutinous rice
4cup [1L] Water
2cup [500ml] Coconut Milk
5oz [150g] Sugar
½tsp Salt
1Tbsp Corn starch
** Creamy Coconut Milk
1 cup [250ml] Coconut milk
1Tbsp Sugar
¼ tsp Salt
½Tbsp Tapioca starch
