It is on the road to a ferry which travelled between Stratford and Charlottetown before the bridge was built. The house was originally an Inn for travellers. My grandmother lives 2 minutes away.
The house has an amazing history and it was actually lifted and rotated. It actually looked at the ferry (this was ferry road) at one point. If this house could only talk. Lots of interesting stories online.

This can be a really nice house. There’s a confusion of eras and styles and too much clutter and stuff but it can be a really great place. Don’t like the mixture of barndoor, barnwood, doesn’t go with this style house.

It will go back down the economy, at least in the U.S. will be going into a recession next year.
