A week after the autobots left, Miko went back to Japan, Jack and Raf were upset that their friendships might fall apart.... Until a few months later, Miko went "missing" for a few months and the news assume she's already which crushed Jack and Raph.
At the 5 years timeskip
Jack moved to Japan, leaving Raph because its his dream place to visit and to visit Miko's grave. When he's at the cementary, there he saw a figure crouching beside a body. He went to investigated and saw that the figure is eating the body, he was terrified by this, he ran fast as he could but he fell, he shuts his eyes as it tried to eat him until someone came.....
Its was Sabito and then he met Urokodaki and yeah :).

the two characters/ hero and villian is NiGHTS (the good/ hero) and reala (the villian) he's like a second in command
suggestion to have raf as muichiro, looks like an interesting au if so. Imagine raf losing his memories like muichiro and trained to become a slayer. not one bit he remembers anything about his past and only feels familiarity.

Another add on idea Jack as Raiden from Metal Gear Revengeance. Hell, I could even come up with a convincing backstory to be tied into each one of their stories.
Just for the sake of doing so, at least while I'm inspired here are the stories or at least "concepts" I've come up with. Though keep in mind, this is a rough draft so forgive me if it seems to be all over the place and incomplete.
Titanfall 2 story: A few weeks before the autobots left for cybertron, the organization known as MEK following the death of Colonel Leeland Bishop AKA Cylus, fell into major dissaray effectively causing the group to disband due to increased pressure from the government agency's task force lead by Fowler. A few years after the autobots returned to cybertron, a secondary group known as the IMC (at the time known as the "International manufacturing company) was founded by a surviving member of MEK, who was also one of the lead engineers who reconstructed Breakdown and subsequent merge of Cylus's into his body, and managed to keep hold of the research data performed on Breakdown's autopsy, giving him a monopoly on technological development and creation of his devices he would go on to create and call "Titans". However his original plan was to use that technology to help humanity move into the space age and be used in agricultural and infrastructure development. Jack Darby now known as Jack Cooper after his involvement with the agency was forced to relocate and reforge his identity in order to keep classified information a secret. But after one day when he saw an ad seeking employment in the IMC, and applied to the company seeing as he had experience in engineering, therefore leading to him working on the Titan Project, as well as the creation of vessels capable of interstellar travel. The company made frightening headway in its development and shortly thereafter, humanity would take to the stars. The IMC now known as the Interstellar manufacturing corporation began to land on habitable planets where Jack would settle down on his new planet known as "Harmony". Eventually one day, another surviving member of the original MEK who was very loyal to Cylus's ideology now known as General Marder, lead a coup and hostile takeover of the IMC and focused all his efforts on militarizing the Titan program and was brutalizing innocents for the resources to build more of these Titans. This led to a resistance faction who opposed the violent oppression of the IMC. Jack, remembering his time with the autobots, defected to the resistance giving them intelligence on the IMC and buying their trust and becoming a rifleman in their ranks. Jack wanting to be a pilot of the titans that were created, begged and pleaded to join a special group of the resistance known as the Maurader team, but was denied every time for his background and lack of experience. One day, an officer known as Tai Lastimosa took pity on him and offered to train him in his spare time to become a pilot.
(There's more to the "fan lore" I'm working on, but it does seem pretty believable. I was curious what you all thought)
