I had been seeking pleasures, all my life, but all in wrong directions. Bodily pleasures through food,sex,alcohol,smoking and rest of it. No wonder, when I used to have a look on the leftovers after a night out, I used to get filled with disgust.
Then mental pleasure, accumulating knowledge, proving I am right, I am the best. No wonder, I felt so lonely after chasing these pleasures.
Thanks Acharya ji, for reminding me, who I really am and what would please me ultimately. The pleasure of knowing, seeking and reaching out, the pleasure of understanding, the pleasure of falling in love with the highest.

1:14-Being a pleasure seeker is a natural state
1:35-Man is the manifestation of joy
2:35-People are pleasure hater not pleasure seeker. In others word people who seek incomplete pleasure are pleasure hater. All Momentary and bodily pleasures are short term and incomplete pleasures as they only provide pleasure for a very short time and some incomplete pleasures makes your life unstable for a short time eg booze,alchohol,drugs,cigarettes,sex etc
6:40-Go for high pleasures/Eternal Pleasures as they last throughout lifetime. Eg learning something achieving something
7:20-Once your conciousness is gone you are nobody you will be burned/buried
8:00-You are different from your body you use your body but you are not the body so don't engage in momentarily pleasure/bodily pleasures as they satisfy your body but not you
11:05-You want to know and understand
11:20-Pleasure of understanding is beyond comparison
