@@IBRAMMAA the head unit is different for sure. The small screen resolution is not compatible so you might not be able to display anything or it will look ugly. The joystick controls are not the same. Perhaps differences (optics) in the audio as well, so that’s another obstacle too. It’s not a guess, the retrofit won’t be plug&play but I haven’t dig in too much details for MBs in particular.
Why correct Milage? And why tamper with that? Milage and service will be transferred without any change from your old cluster. If you call that is “correct” or “tamper” then all car manufacturers in this whole world is a big No no in your place.:)
