It was already controversial when released way before the internet would get upset at remotely small things that paint a bad image for video games, in this case it was "Encouraging Bullying" Rockstar already has GTA 6 on the way and we have a general idea how crude it will be with its trailers mocking real world infamous people (of which they got upset) Bully was a product of its time and wont be able to capitalize again from that early era of modern consoles.
