Começou às 12h do dia 17 de setembro de 2023, mas este ano foi realizado em versão reduzida, com formato de desfile sem Carro alegórico e sem concurso.
Aparentemente o número de visitantes foi de 300 mil devido à redução do curso e do número de participantes, mas no passado o número de visitantes era superior a 500 mil.

２０２３年９月１７日の１２時から開始されましたが、今年は縮小版の開催となりアレゴリア無しでコンテストも無しのパレード形式での開催となりました。
コースや参加人数等の縮小で来場者数は３０万人だったようですが、従来は５０万人以上の来場者のようです。
