They're not too terribly far apart in the standings at the moment (both on 78 points, but the Pens have two fewer games played) so that game could have gone either way, but in recent years the Pens have actually been far better than the Isles. Don't expect you to know that, and the commentary was fun given you didn't know and were just throwing out famous people with similar names half the time. Great video and concept either way :)

I think the major North American Leagues like the MLS, NBA, MLB, CFL, NFL, NHL, WNBA, NCAA, NWSL and MASL should expand to have European and global conferences to qualify for the playoffs.
