At Dainese they haven't yet learned how to make zippers and snap buttons. I've been using their Gore-tex products for a lifetime, but I notice that every time, especially on recent products, that it's getting worse and a lot... the zippers don't work and the snap buttons pop off or break!! They have beautiful products both aesthetically and in terms of fit, but it's absurd that they have such painful zips! damn!
Same problem here, I have a lether jacket from them, is ok but the zippers are broken, I dont know how to solve this problem, have you find change the zipper?

You should send the jacket to the factory for inspection and adjustment of the zipper free of charge. If too much time has passed since the purchase, don't waste time... contact a good shoemaker or leather goods maker. I found a good Chinese craftsman
Unfortunately you haven't stock and availability in your Gore-Tex jackets. Also a big worldwide company like Dainese you haven't new collection and new designs for 2022. Your lack of merchandise is a global phenomenon and I don't accept the excuse of covid 19 issues. A company with your own size needs to prevent problems in its supply. Especially when you want from your customers to pay 500€ or 1000€ for a jacket. This is an opinion from a good client of your company. A point of view from a distressed customer of yours.
