I feel like mediator is biased here. Polite language is possible in slang too. And even if they aren't, if the employer says something, it doesn't take them more than a few minutes to consider that. Totally biased. You cannot question giving a seperate plate. It is the personal choice in their private Home. If the person doesn't like it they need not take up the job. As long as it is a good plate & keep it in a neat shelf the worker should not have objection. Most of them are given off on Sundays. Over & above that they take two or three days off, so that makes it a week. Work for three weeks & get a month's pay. This was not discussed at all. Insubordination is never tolerated in any work place, here many women tolerate it because they are helpless A totally biased program.

Totally biased. You cannot question giving a seperate plate. It is the personal choice in their private Home. If the person doesn't like it they need not take up the job. As long as it is a good plate & keep it in a neat shelf the worker should not have objection. Most of them are given off on Sundays. Over & above that they take two or three days off, so that makes it a week. Work for three weeks & get a month's pay. This was not discussed at all. Insubordination is never tolerated in any work place, here many women tolerate it because they are helpless A totally biased program.
