PENALTY BOX for HIGH bandwidth users with TRAFFIC Shaping PFSENSE

Here is a quick way we can shape traffic. Prioritizing needed traffic like voice, gaming etc... and lowering the priority for unnecessary traffic like p2p, torrent etc.... We can also penalize users that uses too much of our bandwidth with the penalty box feature of pfsense. this will allow us to let them use a certain percentage of our network traffic, so that they will not eat up all our bandwith.
