I coat my chick peas w avocado oil then season w season salt (very lil), black pepper, cumin, garlic & onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano and cayenne. Throw in the air fryer on 375 for 8-10mins. BOMB for my meatless tacos: corn tortilla, avocado slices, fresh made salsa (cilantro, jalapeños, onion, lime juice, tomatoes, fresh cracked black pepper) sprinkle a lil Colby Jack cheese.
Have you tried nutritional yeast? I think it’s like 2 or 3 tbsps that are around 8g of protein. It started as a food supp that bodybuilders use but now the vegan/plant based community use it to give stuff an umami or cheesy kinda flavor. I put a little bit in my tofu scrambles. I always have to start my tofu scrambles with sauteed onion tho. Sauteed onion, crumbled tofu, lil bit of garlic powder, nutritional yeast aka nooch, turmeric, black pepper (helps absorb turmeric too), and black salt to give it the eggy flavor.

I’ve been binge watching your videos girly! I tried the Kodiak waffles on the box Premade and they had a grainy texture to them, Does the box mix have the regular waffle texture?
When I meal prep I have to do small portions because I had the gastric sleeve I do try all your recipes I just can't have any carbs right now until I see my nutritionist in September

I’m almost ready to go back to my trainer too. Soy milk is better for protein than almond milk as far as plant based milks go. It’s definitely thicker though and has more of a flavor than almond milk but it may be good for the pancakes
To get your garbanzo beans soft soak them overnight and season them generously! Lol i was dying about the yogurt comment 🤣 😂 because i always have to season my yogurt also 🤣🤣🤣🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️. Keep up the great work with the videos
What does your workout plan look like once school starts back? I teach as well and have enjoyed being on my own schedule as far as my workout goes. I like to go around 9 or 10. Obviously this won't fly when school starts. I'm going to be forced to go in the evenings, and I hate that. I'm fearful that I'll fall off :/

Black salt (which is actually pink) will give the tofu the egg flavor. I get mine from the Indian market. You can order off of Amazon. Enjoy!!!!!
I'm not a huge fan of chickpeas but sis throw them in the air fryer until they're crispy. It makes a great snack or salad topping
