I wasn't stage manager, but a student putting on a summer performance of Newsies, we had 4 rooms going through the entire rehearsal.

Most rooms I've had running was 4...Staging, Voice/Text, Fight, and Music. It was a big day.

@@HalfHourCall one! They were in with the fight work and the other rooms ran themselves with occasional check-ins. It was a grad program and they had been self-sufficient for half the year before adding a SM for the two-play rep. Honestly we underestimate the ability of actors to be self-sufficient if set up for success by the process.
You just blew my mind with this daily call trick and I'm going to try this on my next show!

Is there a way to recreate the copy and send function and also the A4 page thing in google sheets?
How did you format excel so that it shows you one A4 page and you can add your logos and things in the border?
It’s the “print view” function. I want to say it’s under either Layout or View.
