Bands like this give me hope for the future of death metal. Young guys playing DM with enough variety & creativity but leaving out all the crap modern 'core elements/overly technical/"trying to be too clever for it's own good" experiments that usually turn off old schoolers. But it's not just tribute music copying what's already been done before. It's like this band could've been formed in the early 90's but recording modern aggressive DM. Basically how you'd expect new music from bands like Morbid Angel or Malevolent Creation to still sound \m/

It Depends as a Fan of Deathcore ,Slam and Death Metal equally I think we can't blame modern Metal for not being the same as It was in 90's first of all totally different era by production and promotion of Metal and nowadays there is much more access to bands around the world cause of internet that we don't worship listening to album that much as It has been and I know a lot of older guys who were on Decapitated,Ingested tour last year and thought Ingested was fucking awesome but no necessarily listen to Slamming Metal. cheers🤘🤘🤘

Band on the go at moment. Vocal could be bit louder in the mix. Still rules tho great band
We actually debated this a little during the mixing stage, and the band prefered the vocals a little down from where I had them initially. Thankfully Simon has great articulation so he still punches through the wall of guitars.
@@MirageLinne Thanks for the reply, I buy all the albums an tshirts I support the band as I really think this band can go places.I think the vocals on crosswhore was the sweet spot For the band, where u have it perfect. As I said I think this track rules!!! Don’t get me wrong. I just I like my vocals loud in the mix. I think all the best Death/metal bands the vocal is loud an clear morbid angel, Deicide, carcass , entombed, obituary an u have A amazing singer Defo should be prominent in all your tracks. @@jamesennis8837 Thank you so much for supporting the band! I know they absolutely loved their time in Ireland and can't wait to go back. You have a strong point in regards to vocal levels, and I think it's varies from sub-genre to sub-genre how prominent they tend to be, but Simon is definitely an amazing singer that deserves to be heard.
