I agree with the reload coming out, if your a game dev your always going to get hate no matter what but at arsenals current state what can possibly go wrong, Im a arsenal trick shot youtuber im only level 449 and atm there aren't many vid ideas i have. Id love if they came out with trading i think a lot of people would.

I feel mobile has been neglected. There’s many bugs like your buttons resetting size when you try to change the positioning and you can’t even turn your screen while shooting. That’s essential to track and kill people. We don’t have crouch either. I also feel like we should have some sort of way to adjust your sens. I feel like platforms other than pc is never rlly brought up since I’ve never seen a popular xbox player or a popular mobile player that still plays. Even if a large part of arsenal players are on pc, that doesn’t mean other platforms don’t exist and that they have their own problems and bugs. Just a minor thing but Idk what gamemode is playing because the performance stats overlaps with the gamemode name for some reason. Thank for tuning into my rant.

The only problem is that rolve or developers doesnt really care about the updates for players and mainly focuses on visits and the current arsenal is so bad that its full of exploiters and sweaty ahh player. I wish like we could have the og arsenal from 2019-2021. Also, the cc had to quit arsenal due to boredom yk and that may also lead to the cause of less players in arsenal.
I Highly Agree with what you said , as someone who has been playing Arsenal since they've won the bloxy awards , the game really died down after.. my intention to playing ARSENAL Is literally just to flex OLD Skins that are no longer obtainable. Imo they should make the events easier, like the nights edge event. I need to get like 3 different badges outside of arsenal to get it, as it wasnt already hard without getting the badges. Also they should update more often

I've been playing for 2+ years, I've also been noticing that it's been slowly falling off the charts. It kind of makes me sad since this is one of my favorite games, but I also think that the devs should update it more.
Tbh i don’t think a2 or even updates will ever make arsenal has big as it was back in 2020, I mean I do hope it will but we also gotta be realistic, this game is still imo 100% better then rivals and any shooter game in Roblox, a2 has been promised for over 4 years now, and all we got was 2 testings, and those testing were only gameplay as in the physics of the gameplay and ui, there was not changes at all apart from that , I agree rolve need to learn how to market there game because right now only people who are active in the arsenal community will know about updates and when there gonna come out. in my opinion rolve should recreate Arsenal On Steam it would be perfect no performance bugs or roblox servers which bug all the time he could recreate a whole new game and keep the roblox style a little but it could be good in my opinion he could have be a chance to revive the game. I don't see how they can revive the game now. I wish them good luck and I will always support my childhood game.
I miss the updates where you could get new guns and maps like every month and new gamemodes. I loved the events and Easter eggs but now it seems so dry. It seems that nobody has any ideas and it's so sad that arsenal is going down this hole.
Although I haven’t watched the video yet, it is basically true that Arsenal is dying. Last year had okay updates, Arsenal was still kind of fine in terms of player count (10k-20k). The lack of updates this year definitely didn’t help for the game. The repetitiveness of the battlepass and barely any new content except for some map and cosmetic updates that I can remember from the top of my head. The Roblox event updates did kind of add a lot but it wasn’t enough to keep the game going. It really sucks to see the game I’ve been playing for years to be in this current state.
I just realized how long it has been since 2020, the year where I actually started playing arsenal a lot. It just intertwines with my childhood, Arsenal was a big part of the games area of my life, and it still is.
Ima leave my opinion here. First of all, really nice video ! Explains things well and proposes nice solutions. - Reloaded release: Should release "fast", as said by Excitable, but has to be when devs have time in front of them. If released, it HAS to include an in-game poll feature to be able to, from a multiple choice question, get people's feedback on options. Like a button on main menu that shows all feedback you can answer to, and idk maybe give a skin/battlebucks rewards for the feedback given as it really helps. Only should be accessible once played enough of the game tho, else bots would spam it. Having it a multiple choice question makes it really easier to answer and prevents trolls or message like "its just bad" who makes no sense and aren't constructive at all. - Trading: if it is here, should be really strict on what can/can't be traded (ex: CC skins / milestone skins). Scam can be really lowered by adding a cooldown every value change in the trade. - Remove maze from Night's End event once completed: Yes and no: it gives a real rarity for the skin. However, event should be balanced for other platforms that PC, as players says that it's almost impossible on mobile/console. - Dev skins: should only be added once reloaded/main game has gotten back a pretty "stable" player base, to really generate a hype about it and not have like 10k copies that wont even be used by all players - Advertising: Totally with you on this. From a new Roblox player searching for games to play, the current Arsenal logo doesn't give any real hype about playing the game, and you probably will choose another one to play. Like, you don't even have players fighting in it, I think that's the main thing to keep inside ! However, the images are absolutely georgous, can't deny that. General opinion: Reloaded is the logical next big thing to happen to Arsenal for me: it will give a fresh impression of the game. As Excitable said, people won't like it at first; because they are too used to playing the original game. However, they will make slowly a new idea of the game, and leaving it open for more that a testing phase WILL end up making it subject to be correctly updated with real feedback, as I said earlier in the comment. As a bonus, some time ago, xonae said Night's End will pass on to Reloaded, which IS a good thing, as it will totally get the players to play it, bringing nostalgia of the event, and some new players discovering it. To be honest, getting this research vibe I personally experienced with the community on Rogue event with hidden skin & gun skin was extremely gun. But again, you need a nice player base to make it. Also, Arsenal has a really high potential behind the basic shooter game. Operation: Infiltration is an insane gamemode, its so cool ! And it's not pvp-based, which leaves place for a lot of updates in the game that dev can do, and do right. Xonae mentionned a "Super Secret Technology" some time ago and it is still a big subject today, with (iirc) as goal to hit hackers from the root, with something that's never been done on Roblox before. I believe in it because xonae is a goat when it comes to development, as we know from his history of ban waves, RAC updates and bug fixes (I believe). A lot is already on xonae's TO-DO list, and maybe even some in this message idk. Let me know if you have any thoughts about my opinion, like agrees/disagrees: can be nice to get a friendly debate over things and maybe transfer results to devs with all of the pros/cons given ! Arsenal also needs an aggressive AFK kicking system. There are so many dead-end servers that waste potential time, space and player enjoyment because half of the server is sitting in the main menu.
Thank you for making this video, they really need to see this as what ur saying can be used as tips on how to do get the game up again, if they could do more updates and work more on the advertising of the game and work more on basically everything then the game could be so good cause the potential that arsenal has to be ome popular is pretty good
Another point I'd like to make is that this game desperately needs an autobalance system. Servers turn into lopsided stompfests so often nowadays. If a server can't be deemed completely worthless at first sight due to hacking, it's often secondarily due to imbalanced teams. Taking the occurrence of both of these into account, it makes the value of almost every server I join immediately plummet.
I'll never forget playing arsenal every single day for hours from 2019 to 2021. I was on another level, such a shame to see this game doing so poorly. Thank you for staying loyal to arsenal and continuing to be an arsenal creator

I mean I am not surprised, I saw this with phantom forces but then one of my favourite pf yters (paradox poke) made a video on arsenal and I would play it but literally after like 2 years I would just not play since it got stale. I tried to play arsenal again but the maps are unrecognisable so I would say it's even difficult to come back for most players
Just like Jailbreak, i had fun playing the glory days of Arsenal. I'm sure the game is still fun for new players, but i can't seem to enjoy playing this game anymore. I've had so many good memories playing, and it's undoubtedly one of the best ROBLOX experiences I will always remember :D
What's worse is when they released the 2024 Halloween update this year. There was no player peak from the update. And instead, it counited to gain less than 5k players from the update.
Trading is literally a necessity for the game. I've missed WAY too many rare skins and other stuff which I wish I could've gotten, and because I can't trade for them, that just makes it a whole lot more painful.

For the past years I haven't seen any game collaborations on other popular games nor new quest since The Night's End is the last quest Rolve released, the lack of content and Arsenal near unplayable due to sweats and cheaters Honestly they should make more quest event hidden specific map to create more lore on that map in general take it for example Lumberhouse , a lot of potential to make a quest of that map Note: Never forget Rainster (former Arsenal Mod) he silently left Arsenal and RUclips all in all he also address that Arsenal is slowly dying (and it's true) Edit:I love the old events they did in the past other than Battlepass..
what i think would be best for rolve is to A: give up reloaded, and just add some of those features into the original game. NO ONE is going to play reloaded, because it abandons all that arsenal is. B: I think they should just focus on making a new game. If they do it right, they could have another huge success like they did with counter blox and then arsenal. I love arsenal, but it might be a lost cause. anyway, i really like this video.
They could also just interlock the two games together (Arsenal and Arsenal: Reloaded) to carry across your progress (which includes skins, melees, etc.) into both games, while still using the new engine and not the one that regular Arsenal runs on. I think this would prove for a more fun experience while also guaranteeing that you're not forced to play standard Arsenal or Arsenal: Reloaded and restart from scratch on either game. It'll also show you that it doesn't matter which version you play, just so long as you enjoy it, that's all that matters.
I know I’m late but they can’t add stuff from arsenal 2 to arsenal 1. **(And that’s pretty much why arsenal 2 is being made, so they can add stuff that arsenal 1 can’t have. Up to date code, new boss fights, features and so on)** Arsenal 1s code right now is now bad that if they tried to add something from arsenal 2 to arsenal 1, it would break the game. Like for example Hackula broke the game so they had to remove the mode from arsenal 1 and (probably) won’t come back till arsenal 2.

If I could identify any problem Arsenal has other than cheaters being in every other server, it's the unfair parity between mobile, gamepad, and PC players. Mobile and gamepad users sometimes seem to be granted a half-second more of reaction time than me regardless of my connectivity status. In addition, they're granted far easier capability to hit headshots at any range or angle regardless of difficulty. FPS games are not meant to be played on a phone or tablet. I'm okay with gamepad players, but the fact that they get Aim Assist is RIDICULOUS when controllers are on-par with mouse+keyboard in terms of how fitting it is for FPS gaming. I'm tired of competing against people playing an objectively easier version of the game.

Not only was it the year when all the big youtubers quit, but it was also the year when updates started to completely lose their charm. The active player count that year was perfectly fine.
The actual reason its dead Is cause Arsenal's updates aren't as insteresting as before, and honestly the only reason Arsenal Is alive rn its cuz youtubers do CC skin giveaways, and the fact the limit is 5 per day makes the game die even more.

- Remove maze from Night's End event once completed: Yes and no: it gives a real rarity for the skin. However, event should be balanced for other platforms that PC, as players says that it's almost impossible on mobile/console.
- Dev skins: should only be added once reloaded/main game has gotten back a pretty "stable" player base, to really generate a hype about it and not have like 10k copies that wont even be used by all players
- Advertising: Totally with you on this. From a new Roblox player searching for games to play, the current Arsenal logo doesn't give any real hype about playing the game, and you probably will choose another one to play. Like, you don't even have players fighting in it, I think that's the main thing to keep inside ! However, the images are absolutely georgous, can't deny that.
General opinion: Reloaded is the logical next big thing to happen to Arsenal for me: it will give a fresh impression of the game. As Excitable said, people won't like it at first; because they are too used to playing the original game. However, they will make slowly a new idea of the game, and leaving it open for more that a testing phase WILL end up making it subject to be correctly updated with real feedback, as I said earlier in the comment. As a bonus, some time ago, xonae said Night's End will pass on to Reloaded, which IS a good thing, as it will totally get the players to play it, bringing nostalgia of the event, and some new players discovering it. To be honest, getting this research vibe I personally experienced with the community on Rogue event with hidden skin & gun skin was extremely gun. But again, you need a nice player base to make it.
Also, Arsenal has a really high potential behind the basic shooter game. Operation: Infiltration is an insane gamemode, its so cool ! And it's not pvp-based, which leaves place for a lot of updates in the game that dev can do, and do right.
Xonae mentionned a "Super Secret Technology" some time ago and it is still a big subject today, with (iirc) as goal to hit hackers from the root, with something that's never been done on Roblox before. I believe in it because xonae is a goat when it comes to development, as we know from his history of ban waves, RAC updates and bug fixes (I believe).
A lot is already on xonae's TO-DO list, and maybe even some in this message idk. Let me know if you have any thoughts about my opinion, like agrees/disagrees: can be nice to get a friendly debate over things and maybe transfer results to devs with all of the pros/cons given !

Arsenal also needs an aggressive AFK kicking system. There are so many dead-end servers that waste potential time, space and player enjoyment because half of the server is sitting in the main menu.

Another point I'd like to make is that this game desperately needs an autobalance system. Servers turn into lopsided stompfests so often nowadays. If a server can't be deemed completely worthless at first sight due to hacking, it's often secondarily due to imbalanced teams. Taking the occurrence of both of these into account, it makes the value of almost every server I join immediately plummet.

I tried to play arsenal again but the maps are unrecognisable so I would say it's even difficult to come back for most players
Just like Jailbreak, i had fun playing the glory days of Arsenal. I'm sure the game is still fun for new players, but i can't seem to enjoy playing this game anymore. I've had so many good memories playing, and it's undoubtedly one of the best ROBLOX experiences I will always remember :D

What's worse is when they released the 2024 Halloween update this year. There was no player peak from the update. And instead, it counited to gain less than 5k players from the update.

Trading is literally a necessity for the game. I've missed WAY too many rare skins and other stuff which I wish I could've gotten, and because I can't trade for them, that just makes it a whole lot more painful.

For the past years I haven't seen any game collaborations on other popular games nor new quest since The Night's End is the last quest Rolve released, the lack of content and Arsenal near unplayable due to sweats and cheaters
Honestly they should make more quest event hidden specific map to create more lore on that map in general take it for example Lumberhouse , a lot of potential to make a quest of that map
Note: Never forget Rainster (former Arsenal Mod) he silently left Arsenal and RUclips all in all he also address that Arsenal is slowly dying (and it's true)

For an idea of arsenal is more customizable features like the old gui, the font was 8 bit from the past, for ex.
what i think would be best for rolve is to A: give up reloaded, and just add some of those features into the original game. NO ONE is going to play reloaded, because it abandons all that arsenal is. B: I think they should just focus on making a new game. If they do it right, they could have another huge success like they did with counter blox and then arsenal. I love arsenal, but it might be a lost cause. anyway, i really like this video.
They could also just interlock the two games together (Arsenal and Arsenal: Reloaded) to carry across your progress (which includes skins, melees, etc.) into both games, while still using the new engine and not the one that regular Arsenal runs on. I think this would prove for a more fun experience while also guaranteeing that you're not forced to play standard Arsenal or Arsenal: Reloaded and restart from scratch on either game. It'll also show you that it doesn't matter which version you play, just so long as you enjoy it, that's all that matters.
I know I’m late but they can’t add stuff from arsenal 2 to arsenal 1. **(And that’s pretty much why arsenal 2 is being made, so they can add stuff that arsenal 1 can’t have. Up to date code, new boss fights, features and so on)** Arsenal 1s code right now is now bad that if they tried to add something from arsenal 2 to arsenal 1, it would break the game. Like for example Hackula broke the game so they had to remove the mode from arsenal 1 and (probably) won’t come back till arsenal 2.

If I could identify any problem Arsenal has other than cheaters being in every other server, it's the unfair parity between mobile, gamepad, and PC players. Mobile and gamepad users sometimes seem to be granted a half-second more of reaction time than me regardless of my connectivity status. In addition, they're granted far easier capability to hit headshots at any range or angle regardless of difficulty. FPS games are not meant to be played on a phone or tablet. I'm okay with gamepad players, but the fact that they get Aim Assist is RIDICULOUS when controllers are on-par with mouse+keyboard in terms of how fitting it is for FPS gaming. I'm tired of competing against people playing an objectively easier version of the game.

Not only was it the year when all the big youtubers quit, but it was also the year when updates started to completely lose their charm. The active player count that year was perfectly fine.
