I get a lot of questions in my stream and in comments on whether or not plots are worth it. Hopefully these numbers will give you a better idea of what to expect as a plot owner, and how long you need to wait to get into the method.

I'm sad your channels has so little subs, cause I want you to be successful, HOWEVER very selfshly I like that the information you give don't get reach too many people cause man, this stuff you can't find anywhere else. I would have to spend months of game play and billions in silver to get most of the info you are giving here for free. Kudos to you my man, you are a true MVP.

Happy to see videos like these coming from a very informed person. I recently just came back to the game and have been restarting my islands with labourers but couldn't help to notice focus per item is way more therefore cutting my profit by a lot. is crafting/labourers not profitable anymore? from not coming from a person who has 20 alts of course.
Does your alt pay silver to refine or are they co-owners to the smelter?.. if they are co-owners, wouldn't that affect your computation? A very nice video. Thank you
Hey double back I appreciate the information on the market. I'm having a hard time implementing it since shop owners are ran by some cartel that charge outrageous prices and when I buy tier 2 and 3 items and transport to caerleon I lose silver. Everything I try just ends up making me more broke lol.

A small question when refining do you refine* the lower tier materials like t3 and t4 ore ? or do you use buy orders from market ?

do you set the 400 fee (or the 3,700 in other plots you showed), and how? Is it the system that sets it for you? An explanation on this would be welcome
Yes plot owners set the tax, anything from 0 to 9999. That sets how much the plot earns per nutrition when someone else uses it. The cost of food is usually around 275-350 depending on the market at the time.

When you lose the plot do you get half of the money they bid back? or do you get it all? or none?
And also If you set a plot for sale do you get it all or only half?

@@Yilmazfull no I did not, I stop trying for plots because I don't play as often as I will need to.
If you do a lot of crafting and have an army of focus alts then owning one is worth it but for a poor potato like my self I don't see a reason to have one. I don't feel like making a bunch of accounts for focus just to play the game like a job.

what are u doing for so much silver are u a crafter or do u make other thinks? what did you start your business with?
Mostly just a refiner. Been refining bars for about a year and a half. Up to refining about 2 billion silver worth every 3 days.

You said you spent 304m to buy the plots, but when you loose the action you get half the winning bid. How that half bid goes in your calculation?
304m is the price you bid to mantain your plots or is it the price you paid to buy the plots?
304m is just the cost to maintain, not the original buying price. If someone else buys it from me tonight, I'll let you know how much I get back from that 50%

@@CaltAlbion Sold 2 of the 4 I counted in this video for 65m and 35m respectively. Brings my total loss for the month down from about 220m to just 120m

Bro am curious. When you sold billions of silver worth of item on sell order. Do you ever update its price if people put the same item and lower the price? Or you just dont care?
No I typically just leave it the full 30 days. If it doesn't sell within that time it automatically unlists itself, and I just put it back up at whatever the new price is at that time

If they where in lymhurst you mignt make money. Its a joke there. There is a fair few things lioe smelters where the cheaper is basically 3000 silver. I literally dont even use them half the time because the cost of using smelter in town is not actually making me anymore money then just using my own smelter and lose the 15% return. I honestly dont know why anyone uses them
1000 usage fee is somewhat more resonable to me. At least profitable to use it for both sides.

There is a big problem with your math. You dont get profit from people refining tier 2 resources. I refined probably 100,000 tier 2 metal at your refineries.
iirc t2 does not consume food
T2 doesn't use food or maint. on the building

How did you make your silver at the beggining ?
I've only ever refined in Albion. Started off refining t3 hide in Martlock for 200-300,000 silver per hour and slowly worked my way to higher and higher tiers with more accounts.
