Throughout my career, I've had a lot of different experiences with lifting and gym work. I'm super confident in the lifting I do right now and know that it's helped my body come back stronger having been able to train even when I couldn't run. Make sure you are subscribed! We'll be bringing out more content for you guys throughout this season leading up to Oregon22 in Eugene!

Training at the highest level day after day is difficult, staying healthy and recovered is even harder. But Xendurance makes it all that much easier.
From hydration to protein and daily immune boost it is something I can't go without.

I really appreciate the small explanation about not automatically shifting into lane 1 off the break. I just barely qualified for my state meet at my regional 800 and the usual consensus is to just get into lane 1 but I just ended up getting boxed in and shoved back further than I really wanted to be. So the little tip is actually really appreciated.
Awesome!
Can you do a recap series on the rounds in tokyo? You looked solid throwing down 1:45.5, then 1:44.1 going into the final. But then in the final it looked like a combination of getting blocked position on the first lap, and with the hamstring issue it was too much to kick from all the way back.
i kind of feel like that was your competitors strategy, to make sure you get blocked on the first lap because if you wouldve been atleast in 4th place coming into that last lap, you wouldve medaled. would love to get your take tho
will try to get to those if we can find all the rounds! I'll touch on this comment in those videos.
Awesome vid will u be running at the pre classic?!

Have you ever thought about trying a 400 sometime? I saw an 800m runner try that in the usatf indoors. He one his heat but got dq d on a lane violation
Goattttt
Alright chill. He has one olympic medal and it’s bronze. Not exactly goat.
@@wesleytwiggs7687 what’s the point of commenting that son😂 GOMD
@@jimmywopo9906 the point son, is that GOAT is the most overused term in sport today and I’m calling you out fool. Haha
@@wesleytwiggs7687 I’m not actually referring to him as the greatest track runner of all time, he’s just one of my favorites. I feel like I don’t have to say I don’t actually think he is the greatest of all time. Get your head out of your ass
There can only be one goat is the point. As of now, it's David Rudisha
